Background and key result:

A quantitative monadic study was undertaken in July and August 2010 to assess overall attitudes to and satisfaction with the Full Restore 5 Masque.

  • • 300 respondents were interviewed at the concept stage.
  • • Of these, 270 respondents went on to try the product at home.
  • • 227 respondents completed a self-completion questionnaire within 3 days of applying the masque to evaluate its performance.

The 227 respondents were using the displayed brands of shampoo and conditioner most often.

Of these 227 respondents, 73% agreed that ‘compared to their usual shampoo & conditioner their hair immediately looked more replenished’.
