How to apply a liquid foundation
Step 1: Prepare your skin
Before applying any foundation, moisturise your skin.
This will help the foundation to last as long as possible.
Step 2 : Reduce the appearance of imperfections
If your complexion is not perfectly uniform there are some tricks to correct it.
For example a green base will help reduce the appearance of any redness and a concealer will cover dark circles.
Step 3 : Apply your foundation
Put a small amount of foundation on the back of your hand and wait a little to let it warm up. The foundation is more easy to work with when it's warm.
To apply your foundation you can use a warm sponge for a natural result or a brush for a more sophisticated finish. Alternatively, simply use your fingers.
Begin by applying a dot of foundation on your chin, forehead and cheeks. Next blend over the whole face from the nose outwards.
Dont forget the ears and the neck. To avoid tide marks blend the foundation well in these areas.
