Other passions of Cheryl's include her charity work. In 2009 she conquered Mount Kilimanjaro in order to raise money for Comic Relief, and in 2011 she launched her own charitable foundation with the Prince's Trust. Cheryl's Trust provides funding to work with disadvantaged young people from Cheryl's hometown of Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas.
