Promotion Name and Description
L’Oréal Paris – Free Hussle 1 Day Pass for new Hussle customers only.

GB residents aged 16+.  Buy any two or more L’Oréal Paris Hair Colour products in-store or online from Superdrug between 04/11/20 and 01/12/20 and receive a free Hussle 1 Day Pass. New Hussle customers only (max value £18 per entrant). Purchase must be made in one transaction. Entrants must upload corresponding Superdrug receipt to loreal-paris.co.uk/hussle by 29/12/20.

Qualifying entrants will receive an email with a unique promo code and a link to hussle.com where they can redeem their 1 Day Pass. They will be instructed to use this unique promo code in order for them to redeem their 1 Day Pass. Promo code must be redeemed no later than 01/05/21.  From the site, entrants have the choice to download the Hussle app from the Apple Store, Google Play Store or directly onto their desktop.

Eligibility
GB residents aged 16+ only. Entrants must have internet access and must visit a participating Superdrug store or Superdrug.com.

How to Enter Requirements
Entrants must purchase any two or more L’Oréal Paris Hair Colour products in a Superdrug store in GB or from www.superdrug.com between 04/11/20 and 01/12/20. Purchase must be made in one transaction. Visit www.superdrug.com/store-finder to find your nearest store. Entrants must keep the purchase receipt from the store or print screen of online purchase for proof of purchase.

Entrants must fill in the official online entry form which can be found at  loreal-paris.co.uk/hussle no later than 21/05/20. Entrants must read and accept the website terms and conditions (https://www.loreal-paris.co.uk/superdrughussle) and Privacy Policy (www.loreal.co.uk/miscellaneous/consumer-privacy-policy.htm) to be eligible. Qualifying entrants will receive an email, with a unique promo code and a link to hussle.com where they can redeem the 1 Day Pass. Link must be redeemed no later than 01/05/21.

L’Oréal Paris Hair Colour brands eligible for Hussle Pass include: Excellence, Preference, Magic Retouch, Casting Crème Gloss, Colorista and Age Perfect.

By participating in this promotion entrants automatically agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (as set out in this table and the General Terms and Conditions below). By downloading the Hussle app, entrants agree to the Terms and Conditions available at www.hussle.com/legal/terms.  Please remember to take photographic ID with you when you visit your chosen gym to gain access.

Prize Delivery
Please allow up to 7 days from the Entry Closing Date for delivery of the email, which will confirm the Hussle Website URL and your unique promo code. Entrants can redeem their Free 1 Day Pass from this URL (up until 01/05/2021). 

 

General Terms and Conditions

Entry and eligibility
1. Entries must be received before the Redemption Closing Date.
2. Promoter’s employees, their immediate family or any third party directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. Only one free day pass for the entrant. Multiple entries made by the same person will not be valid.  
4. Where entry to the promotion is online only: (a) incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be valid; (b) proof of complying with the How to Enter Requirements will not be accepted as proof of receipt or entry and (c) the Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical or connectivity or other problems.

Offer fulfilment and disqualification
5. A day pass for the entrant is as stated and there are no alternative subscriptions or cash substitutes available.  
6. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant that in its absolute discretion could bring the Promoter into disrepute.
7. Promoter shall disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

Promotional Activity Relating to the Free Sample Promotion
8. In entering the promotion, all entrants agree to participate in any associated promotional activity, which may include voice, image and name for publicity purposes (in any media, print or online, including any websites, social media sites or third party retailer websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material (whether or not related to the free sample promotion) free of charge without additional compensation or prior notice. 

Personal Information
9. All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
10. Where entry to the promotion is online only, personal information that entrants share with the Promotor (including name, address, email, social media profile, or other data) will be kept secure and only used in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter will not send entrants any marketing communications unless entrants have also agreed to this. 

Limitation of Liability
11. Neither the Promoter nor agencies nor suppliers involved in this promotion may be liable to the winners, whether arising from tort including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered whatsoever as a result of or relating to participation in this promotion or the samples to the extent permissible by law.  No compensation for loss of earnings will be paid by the Promoter for participation in any aspect of this promotion.

General Terms
12. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend or waive any of these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or cancel the promotion at any stage, in the event of circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond its reasonable control (including suspected or actual fraudulent or misleading practices or other breaches of these Terms and Conditions).
14. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
