I have used these for years, they are the best but now seem to be discontinued. None of the others on the market smell or feel as good as these. Please bring them back!

Like eljayce I've been using L'Oreal Age Perfect cleansing wipes for many years, and was very happy with them. Last night I noticed my new pack was thicker, and when opened there was a slight smell I hadn't noticed before. The texture of the wipe is different. After using it my skin stung, and I had to wash it off. I tried again this evening and the same thing happened. I am hugely disappointed and I won't be buying them again. There was nothing on the pack to indicate it was a new formula: as I'd binned the old pack I couldn't compare it. Having read the review by eljayce I realise it is new. Why on earth did you change what was such a great product?

These face wipes are gentle on the skin whilst removing most of my make-up easily. They don't replace the usual skincare routine but are useful if you are going away for a break and don't want to take all the lotions and potions with you. One wipe usually removes enough make up for bedtime!

Ordered these through Amazon specifically for the “airtight dispenser lid”, tired of these drying out with the supposed stick back flap!
Don’t be fooled the packaging advertised isn’t what you get! Stuck with 6 packs of the non sticky seal rather than the “airtight” one I purchased!

bought two online that showed plastic clip packaging which is what I wanted. However arrived today in just a seal on. Disappointed. Might as well buy the cheaper products in supermarket now.

The formula of this Product has changed and is very drying. I used to use these because they were not greasy but left my face feeling soft! These leave my face feeling coarse, taught and sore

Misleading photo online

I was pleased to see these back in boots. I especially like the clip lid to keep the wipes from drying out. However when they arrived instead of the clip lid/seal they had sticker closures as per every other make of wipes. Not pleased as I bought 6 packs incase I didn’t see them for sale again. = misleading photo

If I’m so worth it L’Oreal then please put these back in the UK shops. Like so many others I’ve been using these for years despite the overly high price. They’re the only ones that suit older skin. If you’re not going to restock then please explain to loyal customers why they’re not available!!

The only cleansing wipes that work for me

I bought these when recovering from an injury that made it tricky to stand at the sink for long periods of time. They are the only wipes I’ve used that haven’t caused my skin to break out. I am 44yo. It is a real shame that they are quite hard to get hold of in the UK now, as I’m reluctant to try another option due to the number of other types I’ve had to discard in the past.

I have literally used these fir years . Like I use all loreal face products. They are out of stock everywhere for weeks, and I believe they discontinued. Could I please ask why and if you are bringing in alternative product to replace.

Have used these for years. Moisturising enough for mature skin without being too wet! I find if I get them from Boots they are definitely a better quality than the same ones from Superdrugs! The latter are definitely drier and don’t remove mascara as well

Have used these age perfect wipes for years, im 54yrs, and have never had to use a separate cleanser/toner. Always getting compliments on how youthful my skin was. Until recently September 2021 loreal completely have changed these wipes, horrific scratchy,lack of moisture on wipes, my skin has been dry/dull since I used them. LOREAL, please explain why you would make such an amazing product and change it to worst ever...

I have used for years, new packs with green strip on label, smaller cloth, weaved open cloth, just moves make up around dosent remove. Loreal not interested when I complained. Perhaps if others complain they will take notice. Won’t buy again.

The wipes are now much smaller and the fabric is dry and scratchy on your skin. It feels horrible. Before you have taken all your make up off the wipe has practically disintegrated. It`s like trying to wipe your bum with one square of toilet paper. Won`t be using this brand anymore after years of being happy with it.

I have always used these wipes, the wipe is quite large and holds a lot of the age perfect product. The fabric of the wipe has changed and the size? The wipe now just about covers your hand and it lacks product moisture, it feels like a cheap travel wipe now, so I will be changing to olay wipes which are the same as the loreal age perfect wipes used to be, such a shame you have made this poor change to the product.
