New formula causing irritation to my scalp.

Have been using Casting for years and always happy with the result but the change of formula over past few months is causing my scalp to feel really irritated once I put the dye in my hair it starts getting itchy within a couple of minutes. Unfortunately I will have to stop using it. Please L’Oréal bring back the old formula.

The new formulation is awful! It’s thinner than the original version and drips everywhere during application. I bought 513, which looks medium/dark brown on the box, but which has turned my hair a horrible harsh black. I used to really like this product but won’t be buying any more!

Colour has changed - DO NOT USE

I have used Light Brown creme gloss for years and have always been really pleased with the result. I dyed my hair today in preparation for going on holiday in 2 days and the colours is completely different. It is a really dark, almost black colour and I look awful. I have washed it 3 times today to try and tone it down but it's not changing. It always used to look natural but just looks like a bad dye job. I'm so upset that it will look so awful on holiday.

I dyed my hair with Iced Truffle two days ago. I thought I was being super cautious going for a medium brown as I wanted a cool chocolate brown and know they always come out darker… my hair is basically black. The difference is hysterical. At least the conditioner is gorgeous smelling…

Terrible new formula

I recently used the new formula for colour 306. It's made my hair really brassy and seems to have dyed it rather than just colouring it. It's not washing out, it just gets more orange with each wash. Bring back the old formula please. It was a great product. The new formula is terrible and I won't risk using it again.

I love how the whole process of applying this hair dye took only roughly 30 minutes which is perfect as my hair was desperate for a colour refresh but my busy schedule was preventing this until I discovered this hair dye. The shade came out fairly darker than what appears on the box but it did make my hair look nice and glossy.

This hair dye is really easy to use and has simple step by step instructions to follow. One thing I'd like to add is that the instructions are on the inside of the box so take care when opening the box to keep the instructions intact. The formula provides good coverage and lasts well. The conditioner provided smells amazing and you get alot of product so can be used more than once, definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try a new hair colour without the commitment of it being permanent.

This the second time I’ve used the shade medium brown and I think it’s one of the best box dyes for a natural brunette shade. If you have hair longer than shoulder length you’ll definitely need two to ensure any greys are covered. But this leaves hair feeling soft, shiny and a natural brown that isn’t too red or coppery. I found the colour lasted well and my hair didn’t feel damaged.

It’s first time using this particular hair dye and colour. I chose the closest colour to my natural hair colour. The formula was easy to use and non dripping. My greys were covered but I was not sure about how the colour came out. It was darker than expected. Maybe after few washes it’ll take down. Overall my hair did look nice and glossy.

I am big fan of any Loreal hair dyes .They just work for me.Does not matter how many gray hair I have , it covers them all . Having good range of shades helps as well .Having no ammonia helps as well.

Shade 323 specifically is gorgeous, a dark brown with gold undertones, so great if you don’t want your hair looking red in sunlight. It’s super easy to use and smells pretty good for a dye .10/10 amazing

Great colour

This colour was wonderful. The application was very easy, the smell was not too bad and nice compared to other colours. Once the colour was on there were no drips and once I blow dried my hair my hair felt really soft and full and the colour really suited me.

Iced Light Blonde

I used the iced light blonde semi permanent dye on my dark blonde hair. It has covered really well and made it much lighter. It’s helped my hair to look much more healthy and glossy, I would definitely recommend

Great coverage

This hair dye firstly smells really lovely, not like other hair dyes. It applied well and the colour was dark. The main thing I wanted it for was to cover my greys! Which it has done so I’m pleased. I will have to see how long it lasts but hopefully for a while!

Nice but a little darker than box states

I love L'Oréal Hair dyes, i think your box dyes are far better and kinder to my hair than any other brand and so easy to apply, so I was looking forward to trying this colour and it has given a great coverage but i would personally say it is a little darker than the colour on the box, which i don't mind myself but some others may do!

Casting Crème Gloss ICED CHOCOLATE 415 is one of my favourites ! Very easy to apply , instruction is easy to follow. The main thing is that it has covered my grey hair and made them look so shiny . I received many compliments from my friends.
