Need to see colours in store
Never bought this before so wasn't certain of colours so went for the gold. It is very shiny but didn't show up a lot on my eyelids, more of a highlighter than an eyeshadow.

Do not last on your eyes
I bought twinkling rose which barely shows up on my fair skin and magnetic mauve, definitely not mauve. This is actually a lovely colour, more a dusty rose colour but does not last the day, even with a setting spray. Will not waste my money on these again

Best product ever!
I have been looking for an eyeshadow like this for years! As I get older, glittery shadows don't work for me anymore but the beautiful subtle shimmer in the flattering colours makes me feel glamorous and application is SO easy! It doesn't crease, even on mature skin. Thank you L'Oréal, you always get it right!

No staying power
There were no testers in store so I bought I blind having seen all the rave reviews.
I got 3. Alluring rose, magnetic gold and the mauve.
All are a disappointment and I’ve wasted my money.
The gold is little more than gritty glitter. Fine I suppose if you want to highlight bits of you on holiday but not for every day and there is no colour substance to it - just glitter.
The mauve was Ok but had no staying power. The colour had gone from my eye crease in minutes and had gone patchy from the lid in a few hours.
The alluring rose didn’t amount to anything much on the lid and had no staying power e other.
Very, very poor. I absolutely cannot understand the 5 star reviews.

Can be great, but depends on the colour
I purchased two different colours to try these out in both the bronze and gold shades. I was looking for a product that would be great for everyday when I want to do my makeup quicker. The bronze is the best of the two and is creamy, buildable and easy ish to blend with the right application and method.It’s taken multiple applications to find the best way to use the product, the bronze colour is beautiful I have found the best way to blend out is with a makeup brush so that I can blend from the outer edge and apply other colours to compliment in the inner corner and then setting with a powder and going in again with the shadow stick. Using a warm finger application also can work but it’s taken a while to find the best way to apply without loosing the pigmentation. I’ve found that setting with a similar shade makes it last much longer as although I prime my eyes I have to wear my makeup for long periods of time so I find cream products can build up. The gold is only ok, it’s not creamy and the pigment is not there as photographed, the glitter is a little coarse and I find when I do try to blend and build my eyes get irritated. After trying multiple times I’ve used this only as a topper or as one single application but I don’t think I would repurchase the gold.

Brilliant colour
I use this colour in the evening. I only need a little swipe on each eyelid, and then I use my finger to smooth it out. Lasts really well and doesn't crease. Grest colour for brown eyes.

Shimmer and shine in a flash
Lovely shade and texture. Nice and shimmering. Goes on quite moise but dries after a minute or two so can be blended in nicely. Only criticism is the glittering bits look quick patchy so need to put a couple of lauers on to build up the shine not a bad thing though so then you can have the right amounts of shimmer for the occasion x

Although this is actually for the eyes and its perfect for them smoothly applied and perfectly lined i also use it as a cheeky highlighter too ! The colour is perfect for a few highlights on my face to match my eyes ! Its so silky and smooth and effortless !

Lovely shadow stick
This shadow stick has a lovely creamy texture with a really nice gold shimmer effect. It’s lovely on its own as an eyeshadow or to highlight the corner of my eyes. It didn’t smudge and it lasted all day.

Love the colour of this eyeshadow stick! It is highly pigmented but buildable so you can get the depth of colour that you want and it’s easy to blend. Smudge proof and it lasts all night! Easy to use and carry around with you for any top ups.

Sparkling eyes 👀
This is such a lovely formula, it applies so easily to the eyes and blends like a dream. Does not go patchy and I can blend with powder eyeshadow easily too. Lasted for me all day and I would definitely recommend to Freinds and family also this is perfect 🤩 for the Christmas season and parties 🥳

Subtle sparkle
I love this! It gives a hint of colour, which is great for a daytime look, and subtle glitter that is perfect as you can control the intensity to suit you. It glides on easily over the eyelid without that ‘dragging’ feeling you can get with some other products. It’s a lovely consistency and you are in total control of how much you want to use. The texture is smooth and blendable, making it so easy to create a flawless look in just a few strokes, even for me! It lasted all day but was very easy to remove when the time came. Perfect for the holiday season but not just for Christmas or New Year. This colour suited my pale skin perfectly but I will be trying the other colours. All in all, a lovely product that I would definitely recommend and buy

Really easy to apply with effective results. You can control the application and it provides a smooth finish. It Glides on effortlessly with a fabulous pop of colour. It lasted all day, looking as good as when first applied. Removes easily.

Not as bold as I was hoping the coverage to be
This shadow stick was not as bold and rich as I was hoping the coverage would be on my eyelids. The shade Mesmerising Gold (105) goes on pretty sheer and barely leaves a slight hint of gold, like a light wash, on the lids along with a light smattering of glitter. The texture, on the other hand, was quite nice and creamy and it did not dry out the skin around my eyes. Overall, I don't think I would be looking to get any more of the gold shadow stick. I might perhaps try another colour.

A little bit disappointed.
Quite surprised. Not as strong a colour as I expected (very light and sparkly) but when you look in the mirror it doesn't look like your wearing any eyeshadow. I think it should be matched with another colour. The texture was very smooth and very easy to apply.

Lovely creamy feel
This shadow stick is amazing it is long lasting and easy to apply, just a gentle swipe and can be as light or darker which ever suits you better, it has a lovely creamy feel to it which is great as I have very sensitive eyes, would definitely recommend this product

Glide’s easy on the delicate eye area.
This shadow stick arrived just in time for the Christmas festivities. It glides easily on to the eyes without dragging and you can apply just a shimmer or a full eye look. The gold colour has a lovely shimmering effect which highlights eye area.

Lovely eye shadow stick
I got this product free to review. I love this eyeshadow stick, it goes on like silk, feels like a cool liquid but doesn’t actually need to dry as it is already dry. It is creamy and such brilliant pigment it really makes your eyes stand out, no creasing and no powder dropping off your brush.

Shadow stick loving it
Love this. Open apply and smudge for effect can’t be more simple. Glimmer shimmering eye shadow, colour is definitely party perfect, ideal for Christmas too. I like I can wear during the day it’s not out of place and then re-apply (ok a little extra with eye liner) for an evening out and still feel glamorous. Make up easier to use and looks amazing less time adding more time enjoying.

Golden Glitter
As soon as this golden eyeshadow stick arrived I couldn't resist trying it on my hand. The texture was smooth and it glided on beautifully and it definitely had a lasting effect because when I washed my hands I found it didn't come off until the second time.
Because I have wrinkly eyelids I made sure to use some facepowder on them before applying the shadow stick. I applied two coats and then asked my husband what he thought. He said my eyes looked extremely glitzy and he approved.
I have to admit that I would have preferred to use a powder shadow, purely because of my wrinkles. Even so this product is highly effective, I only wish I were young again!
