Amazing!

My hair is bleached and so straw like especially as going through the menopause. I've tried all different kinds of products, but trust me this is amazing! My hair feels so soft and smooth and it is now starting to feel like it has a bit more strength. Oh and it smells divine 😊

Massive hair loss within 2 weeks

Don't normally feel the need to leave reviews on here, but I have to warn people. I got the full set of this pre-shampoo, shampoo and conditioner two weeks ago, and using it in that time (once every three days or so) I've lost so much hair that I can see my scalp through it. Sounds like I'm in the minority, but googling the problem I found the same reports on reddit and other forums. Do your research before you buy. Have now binned it all and set an appointment with the GP. Stay away, it's not worth the gamble.

Was a bit skeptical as I’ve never noticed a difference with any other shampoos like this. But using the pre wash with shampoo and conditioner and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve got long very thick hair and it hardly needed straightening and feel very smooth and silky

I’ve just started using the bond repair products from l’oréal as my hair has started to split so much at the ends and is becoming more brittle, can honestly say i notice a difference. My hair feels stronger and smoother after washes and it lasts couple days longer before it starts to feel dry and dead. only been using for a couple of weeks but can already tell a difference 😍

Brought the set today, and after first use I am astounded at the difference and so is my partner. This morning my hair was so crunchy and dry I was afraid to touch it incase it broke. This evening it is soft and feels moisturised, with a really lovely scent. I was sceptical initially and was worried about whether the amount of money for all the treatments was worth it but it was absolutely worth every penny (I managed to get them on offer but was still a larger expense than I would usually make). I will definitely continue using each wash for now, then once my hair is in a better condition all round will probably use every other wash.

So disappointing. I thought it would replace the fantastic Smart Bond. I used the whole kit and it made my hair dry and just awful. I threw the lot in the bin.

I’m so sad that I have to leave a review and I never leave a review for anything. My hair is Such bad condition anyway I was really excited to use this. It made my scalp so so itchy to the point where I’ve got scabs on my scalp. Avoid it all costs if you have sensitive skin.

My bleached and half pink hair looks and feels so AMAZING, I’ve done 3 washes with the 4 step system and I see a massive difference already, less breakages and my hair doesn’t feel dry anymore, it’s super soft, shiny and smells so good, I can’t recommend this highly enough.

It’s alright, does the job

Smells nice and cleans well. I have noticed my hair is softer and curls are defined after using this collection. Only thing is that it’s a bit drying (not sure if this is normal for bond building products) but I follow this with the mask and conditioner so they bring the hydration back.

Terrible and disappointing

I bought this a month ago when it was on offer, I was extremely disappointed with how it turned out. My hair looked and felt greasy after using it despite washing out thoroughly. My hair is itchy after now too. I don't understand the hype reviews on this product. Absolutely not worth full price or even half.

I never leave reviews but I’ve been meaning to on this product as I spent so much money on both the shampoo and conditioner to be left with the worst results I’ve ever had from a hair product. I used both 3 separate times now hoping the results would start to be visible after a few washes but no, it’s left my hair very dry and very unhealthy looking, really disappointed as I expected so much more from this product.

I've spent my whole life looking for a shampoo that helps to remove frizz from my hair. I can honestly say that from the first use, my hair looks transformed. I am really amazed to see my hair so smooth and shiny. I only use a hot brush once my hair has air dried, and the effect stays for several days until the next shampoo. Amazing product!

This lathers up really well even with only a small amount used and even if I have lots of product build up. It leaves my hair soft, shiny and manageable. It does weigh my fine hair down a bit but I think it would be ok for normal or thick hair. The smell is lovely and really lasts.

Worst shampoo and condition I have ever used!!

Bought this after reading the good reviews… mistake.
While washing I was concerned as it felt as though my hair was not being cleansed well. I put that down to the fact it is sulphate free, and washed again, no difference. Conditioned the mid-lengths and ends only. Didn’t get a great slick feeling while rinsing and almost felt like no matter how much I rinsed, it felt filmy.
Disaster as it began to air dry, sticky roofs, as if shampoo remained unrinsed. Lengths and ends totally dry, frizzy and straw like. They are honestly the worst products I have ever used hence the review, as I never write reviews normally!

This shampoo did completely smooth all the frizz I usually get at the front of my hair, however I also noticed it made my skin more sensitive and definitely more hair fall after washing so maybe something I’d use only once in a while

So some background… I’m 45, in perimenopause, have a toddler and a teenager and all of sudden my hair and skin are starting to reflect how exhausted I am inside. I have just below chin length, highlighted hair which until recently I thought was in good condition. A couple of weeks ago I’ve noticed that the top layer of my hair has literally snapped off to about 6 inches long. Other people can’t notice, but of course I do. So I’ve been looking for something reasonably priced to try and this popped up. I can say it has made a real difference to my hair, of course the broken bits are still broken but overall it looks in great condition. It looks fuller, healthier and this is only after 2 washes. So yes I 100% recommend. Go ahead and buy while it’s half price!

I always intend but never getting round to leaving reviews, however with this one I have too. Since I turned 40 two years ago, my hair seems to have ‘just become horrible’ it’s looks and feels terrible. This product is expensive and I’ve been reluctant to buy it, but treated myself today and used it for the first time tonight and my hair feels awesome!! From the first use!!!! They all say that but this one really has started working straight away! I’m very impressed!
