Clean Power Men Expert Clean Power Shower Gel

I have been away on holiday for five days now and in my rush to pack I left the L'Oreal Men Expert Clean Power shower gel, that I got free from L'Oreal to try at home. Aaaargh! So I've been using the free stuff in my accommodation, my wife's shower gel and even the kids stuff. I miss my new shower gel. That's it. I'm sold. L'Oreal make a great 2 in 1. I will definitely be getting some more of this range.

The shape of the bottle is excellent, as it stands up nicely in the shower. I t can be left cap up or cap down without the worry of it falling over all the time. The thickness of the bottle was also ideal, as you don't have to squeeze that hard to get the shower gel out. Before using this, I was using a Dove shower gel, and you had to go to the gym to improve your grip strength to get anything out of the bottle once it was down to it's last third. This was ideal as a small grip meant a decent amount of gel came out. The smell was pleasantly refreshing, not to over powering and made you feel clean for the day. The one down side to the gel was that it was to runny, once it was in your hand, it would very easily run off. I personally prefer something less viscous. Generally very impressed with the product.

I was excited to get the chance to try Clean Power shower fel from L'Oréal Men Expert for free, as I've used the Men Expert range of facial products for some time, and have always been more than satisfied with them. First of all, you get a nice amount in the XL pack - 300ml, which lasts for a long time as just a little goes a long way. It lathers up beautifully, so you only need a dab for your hair, for example. But the greatest thing about it is the fantastic scent. I'd describe it as almost like aftershave, it's that intense and gorgeous; it almost seems decadent to be using it to wash in rather than spraying it onto your neck. Clean Power boasts a lemony, almost bergamot smell with hints of cedar... I know, it sounds like I'm describing an aftershave, and that's really what it smells like. It's a real shower treat, and a premium step up from my usual brand shower wash. Unlike many all-in-one products, it also leaves your hair feeling properly clean and conditioned, too - always a bonus. After getting some to try, I'm definitely going to be adding this to the shopping list, and look forward to trying some of the others in the range too.

Everyone loves free stuff and I'm no exception. I was excited to receive my L'Oreal Men Expert Clean Power shower gel, free from L'Oreal. Having used other Men Expert products in the past I was looking forward to this trial. First things, first, the bottle is a nice chunky design and with the stand on head cap you don't have to mess about to get the last of the shower gel out. Secondly, the scent. It's strong and fresh but not overpowering. Citrusy but also a bit woody, making it a bit more manly. This is a good one for me as I prefer citrus shower gel like L'occitane Verbena and Liz Earle orange blossom or even the Original Source Lime. After trying the L'Oreal Clean Power shower gel I was very impressed. It foams really well and rinses off really well too. I'm a hairy guy so a good rinse is kinda important to me. The scent is also really nice after. I like the fact that is a hair and body shampoo as like most guys it keeps the shower routine simple. This is where I was impressed again. It shampooed my hair really well, leaving it clean and light feeling. Many combination gels leave my hair still feeling greasy or getting greasy feeling quite soon after. This gel didn't do it. I will definitely be recommending this shower gel and have already suggested to some of the shops where I work to stock this. Having looked online I see that it is also very competitively priced. I'm looking forward trying the rest of the range.

I love this product, it's refreshing and makes me feel extra clean when I jump out of the shower. I will definitely be buying more of this once I run out!!

This smells nice, but nothing really differentiates it from others. Other Gels smell nicer, some worse. The only difference with this is that it is a multi use hair/face/body gel so maybe that's why it lathers up more. I have a certain shampoo that works well already so would only use gels as a shower gel only.

I was sent this sample in the post and... Well.. it was hardly a "sample" the bottle was huge. Very impressed with the size of this product, a lot larger than most competitors..!! If I was being pedantic I dropped one star only because it doesn't have a hook for hanging in shower. the "Clean Power" sample I was sent was a highly refreshing gel and was impressed with the smell and how soft my skin and hair was after trialing, I can definitely say I will be buying this product in the future... (When my "sample" eventually runs out..!)

I had this product free from l'Oreal to try as I had never tried their shower gel products before, must say I was pleasantly surprised how refreshing it made me feel when using it. It was easy to use hand had a pleasant smell to it it also left you feeling clean and fresh.

I got a free sample of this product to try from BZZAgent and L'Oréal Paris, and I was a lucky fellow. This is a lovely product very large bottle so you won't be running out too soon. The smell is quite strong so is nice when in the shower as wakes you up it can be used on hair or body and has that tingly affect waking you up and making you feel fresh and clean. The gel was easy to apply and lathered easily and a small amount went quite a long way. I was surprised. I stepped out of the shower feeling awake, invigorated and ready for the day head, clean and revitalised. A nice product from a strong brand.

Felt very fresh and clean after using this lathered up really well didn't need to use a lot to get good results

I'm still loving my L'Oréal men expert clean power gell that I gothink for free from L'Oréal. I've just got back from holiday and was able to throw my bottle of clean power into my bag and was done. That's really all I needed for the shower. I felt clean and fresh even after long country walks and my hair and skin stayed soft after exposure to the elements. I really like this product and it's lasting a long time too. Once it runs out I'll be off to buy some more - thanks L'Oréal.

Big bottle so lasts a while. Really nice on hair, face and skin. Smells great after use. Makes skin feel really nice and you feel clean after use. Would buy A+

Being the kind who cycles to works and showers there, I like not to carry too many shampoos/shower gels, etc. Which is why this all-in-one works for me. The lemony-citrusy notes leave you feeling super-fresh. And it lathers quite a lot, which I like. The bottle itself it sturdy. In the past I've had incidents when my shampoo/shower gel bottles have popped open under pressure in my backpack, which is why I've had to resort to carrying them in toilet bags. With this though, I've been using it for almost 2 weeks now without any incident. Would definitely buy again. The only feedback I'd have is that I'd like to smell a little stronger. Just a personal preference though.

I received my free bottle from lo'real for men expert and its truly a great all round product it smells great has a attractive design to the bottle and as it is xl size it lasts longer I thought I would put it to the shave test I have to admit I didnt expect it to work as well as my usual shaving gel but was pleasntly surprised at how good it was it left my skin feelin smooth without irating my skin defenitly a good substitute if u haven't got shaving gel thanks lo'real

This loreal men's clean power shower gel is very good. It lathers on very well and makes me feel clean and fresh. It is a nice size bottle and is lasting me a long time. I would be interested in trying the other shower gels in this range. I've been using this product when showering after using the gym and it is always the first thing I put in my gym bag.

I have been using the L'Oreal Men Expert Shower Gel that I received free for a couple of weeks now and I am impressed with the product. After using it several times I have noticed that my skin feels better, not so dry and smoother. I have been surprised at how a little goes a long way, I have been using a small amount in my hand and it lathers so well as is enough to do my whole body so I would say it is good value for money. The shower gel has a refreshing and long lasting scent, it lasts a lot longer than my usual brand. Overall I have been very happy with the product and would recommend giving it a try.

Wow Thanks to L'Oreal for my FREE Men Expert Shower Gel. I work night shifts so when i wake in an afternoon i love a hot shower to wake me up. This product is fantastic. First opinions is i love how bright it is and the bottle is easy to hold whilst in the shower. The Smell is great and is a strong Citrus Fruits. It really did de-toxify and deep cleanse my skin leaving me feeling refreshed and smelling gorgeous for work. I used on my hair and was surprised how soft my hair was afterwards. So thanks to L'Oreal my skin is soft and smelling a strong citrus fruit smell for work tonight. Also i would like to add that i only had to use a small amount which lathered up really well so i'm sure this will last me a lot longer than any other brand i have tried.

Whist the smell is nice on this product it seems the same as every other shower gel. Foams up well but you don't feel any cleaner using this product as you do from any other. Just feels like a standard off the shelf product.

I received this for free from L’Oreal Paris to review and was left with an overall impression that it's not that great, sorry... The smell put me off, it's not that 'refreshing' or 'invigorating' which a shower should be, I was reminded of a metallic type smell, or worse still an industrial type cleaner smell, which I couldn't quite put my finger on, it wasn't horrible, it was just a little puzzling and that in itself would make me not too keen to purchase it going forward. It cleans and lathers up really well on the plus side.

I received my free L'Oréal shower gel a week ago and have used it every day. at first I was a little unsure about the fragrance, (Citrus Wood) as you get a mixture of citrusy notes mixed with a more earthy smell. however it has grown on me these last few days and I really like it now. the gel itself when it arrived came in an excellent shaped bottle which sits on the shower tray really well. it looks great too with an almost luminous green colour. it cleans well, smells good and looks good. well done L'Oréal I will be using more of this product in the future.

Love having the chance to try this shower gel. Very masculine smell yet is a "proper" shower gel at the same time. Lathers up a treat and the fragrance is lasting. Makes a change to have functional yet fragrant shower products aimed at men. Will definitely investigate rest of the range.

I think this shower gel is very fresh smelling and when applied it lathers into over the body very well. It is useful that it is OK to use it to wash the face as well as it leaves the skin feeling very fresh and clean. It is very good for daily use. I would very much like to try the other shower gels in this range at some point as well. I would recommend this product to others.

I'm always sceptical when companies give things away, but I've got to admit that I'm very happy to have received this shower gel from L'Oreal for free! It has a great fragrance and leaves you feeling fresh and ready for the day. As a product, I'm happy to recommend it, but don't be put off by the marketing label which talks about cleaning "impurities, sweat and greasy skin"! (If it's one of those things in life that your rely on, it's worth noting that there's no hook to hang it to the shower fitting...)

I loved the scent of this shower gel , and loved the fact that a small amount goes such a long way. It foams up nicely , and the whole bath was full of bubbles! It left me feeling invigorated , fresh and smelling great. I highly recommend this for its ease of use and fantastic freshness. It really is a power clean. Probably the best shower gel I've ever used.

Used this a few times now and found it to be an excellent product. The smell is great, it's strong and noticeable without being over powering, and also very unique and unusual, in a good way! The shower gel lathers up well and doesn't need copious amounts. Gives a real clean feel and finish after use and rinse.

Another truly great product from l'oreal for men experts lo'real is a brand that I use often and this shower gel does not let them down with its bold choice of color and great design but it also does the job with a quality feel to it. my skin felt clean and fresh when I came out the shower and it smelt great I also notice it's for all one body use including you hair which is a great plus for us me who don't have the time to mess around with shampoo and conditioner just shower and go great

Used L'Oreal Expert Shower Gel for the first time yesterday before a day out with my Wife and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I wear hair products and a lot of shower gels take two attempts to was it completely out but L'Oreal Clean Power completely cut through it on the first attempt and leaving my hair feel fabulously clean and smelling citrus fresh. A full body wash was then in order and the smell is great, creates endless amount of suds and leaves you feeling completely clean and awake. Strangely found I had to rinse off a lot more as my skin felt so soft I thought I was still covered in soap suds even though I used a minimal amount Would definitely recommend this and will buy again

This product is an all in one shower gel for hair body and face.. Citrus Wood is a refreshing smell without being overpowering. After using I felt genuinely clean without a film or oily residue left. I have never used a Loreal product before but I will be changing brand as a result. The bottle is easy squeeze and easily stands on your bath or shower...no hook attachment but not an issue. Im a convert

So I was looking forward to trying Clean Power. I tried it with my usual bath routine but found it all a little underwhelming. The packaging labels it as Intense Purifying 100%! For a product making this claim I would have expected it to be bursting with aroma. I found it very disappointing and nowhere near as citrus as I would expect for something claiming 'Clean Power'. The XL size is a great size for the product but that is probably the best thing, I found the woody smell lingered longer than the citrus. I wanted it to be fresh and zingy, sadly it was not.
