Usage
Once a week, after purple shampoo, apply on damp hair and leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing well.
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately and thoroughly. Only use for hair colour correction purposes. Rinse well after application.

Damages hair

After using this for a few years I can confirm that it damages my hair and it feels much worse than when I use other products which do not claim to repair hair. The colour of my grays becomes ash grey, which is not what I particulary like or expected when I bought it.

I have used the shampoo version before with no issues so I thought the mask would be ok. It is awful. Followed the instructions to the letter and it left my roots and scalp purple. Brassiness wasn't toned down jso all I got was this purple streak down my parting and fringe lines. Even after several washes it is still visible. Very disappointing.

You know when you just wanted to save few quid and went "blond" at home with some pack of dye that promised you that shiny glossy blond....and now you are crying sitting at the bathrrom floor because you look like a carrot top dude ;)???? this is the FIRST NEXT STEP you need to take, to be able to leave the house. Do that. Tone those orange locks of yours...then pick up the phone and go to hairdresser ;))))))

I bought this hair mask just to try and happy I did it has really helped with my highlights which have become damaged and dry. I used this mask before conditioning. My hair definitely looks softer and far less brassy

Have naturally black hair and have been getting highlights for a few years now, sometimes my highlights will go yellow and brassy. However, I used this yesterday and it really lightened and toned down the brass! Hair was left a lovely colour

Worst hair product ever

I am normally a fan of Elvive but this stuff has put me off ever purchasing your products again. Thick gloop that doesn’t penetrate the hair at all, therefore doesn’t condition it at all. However it dyed my scalp a horrible purple that is just embarrassing. I’m struggling to wash it away. Also just so messy to use. I’d really like my money back because this stuff is horrible and I’ve just thrown it away after a couple of uses. Am actually really angry. If I could rate this -100 I would.

This stuff dyes your scalp purple and does not condition the hair at all. It’s by far the worst hair product I’ve ever bought. Thick horrible gloop that gets everywhere and leaves a mess. Embarrassing effect on scalp. Vile.

was not happy with this at all , have thrown it in bin ! i put it on hair for about a minute and could see in mirror that it ad all gone wrong , rinsed off immediately as my lighter bits were green and normal bits a bluey hue

I have balayage brown and blonde and haven’t had it coloured for four months. After first use of this people were asking if ive had my hair coloured! goes my hair so nicely too! Absolute steal! Will be stocking up!
It does go everywhere in the bath and shower but a quick rinse and no stains are left! Set angles hair so good!

I have long dark brown hair with highlights. Bought this to remove the brassiness I get and it’s amazing! I use it once a week, sometimes leaving it on for 5 mins and sometimes for up to 40 mins, it leaves the blonde looking a lovely colour and my hair so soft. I love it!

used this on a few blonde highlights around my face and it’s left me with bright red burns all over my forehead and neck. i don’t have sensitive skin and it says nothing on the tub outlining risks of contact with skin, didn’t even wear it for the full 5 minutes as it started to sting after 3 minutes.

This mask is kind of a purple very heavy cream, when you take in hands you can feel greasy. If in contact with water, it becomes in greasy pieces.
It lets my hair looking yellowish/orange. I don’t know if is for everyone, but for my hair it doesn’t work. I was using together with a purple shampoo that I trust, but was letting my hair kind of orange, so I did the test and is this purple mask. I don’t recommend.

I bought this to get rid of the yellow tones in my hair I used it once and felt it didn't really do anything. I used it again and left it longer and you could see a real difference.
For a conditioner it's left my hair feeling dry and it's breaking off in my brush and fingers, it's meant to nourish my hair not dry it out. I'm so gutted!!

I LOVE this conditioner - I’ve been using purple shampoo & conditioner since they have been on the market and this is my favourite product ever used - it leaves a purple sheen which I love and in photos my hair looks like it’s just been done at a salon with toners.

This product left my hair a beautiful colour. My blonde is a fantastic tone after using it. However, overall my hair feels worse than when I washed it. I rinsed really really well but my hair feels like it has a film on it. As a busy new mum washing my hair is my treat. That’s right, washing my own hair is a treat! I now don’t have time to re-wash it so it’s a good job I’m used to looking like I’ve been dragged through a hedge.
So overall if you want a product that makes your blonde look good but your hair feel disgusting, this is the product for you!

Really loved this product...great for neutralising unwanted yellows and brassiness...really gentle on the hair, some purple products I’ve used n the past, cling to the blonde, when porous. I never had any purple clinging...great product...highly recommend!!

I’ve been using this for a while now and it has worked so well with brightening the highlights in my hair. It evens the brassiness of the blonde streaks which is amazing and couldn’t recommend a better product! Smells amazing too.
