Ultra-versatile use - non-greasy
Rub 2 precious drops between the palms of your hands. Apply evenly through the lengths and ends of wet or dry hair. Before shampoo for extra colour protection; before styling to protect and transform your hair; as a weightless finishing touch for silly softness and 10 weeks* if colour radiance protection.
*Instrumental test after application of Colour Protect shampoo, conditioner and Extraordinary oil for coloured hair.

Couldn't live without it! I bought this and though I thought it was quite expensive I hoped it would tame my unruley hair. Well four months on and with less than half the bottle used (I use it daily) I now think it is great value for money. I have course, naturally curly, frizzy hair that I have been battling with for years! I apply on wet hair, on the ends only (only 2 squirts required), when I dry my hair it is smooth and frizz free and I now only require to straighten if I am off on a night out. My hair reacts less to humidity (which before would have changed my straightened hair into an affro) and is generally in great condition. I now have the hair I always wanted, would thoroughly recommend. Top tip, don't use on roots as can make roots appear slightl greasy.

Not happy.. Tried free sample loved it, bought the product it was totally different, the sample made my hair soft,silky and shiny, the bottled product was like water and did nothing!

I’ve been using this since my teens but it’s always been my favourite hair product works extremely well and it’s not heavy like other oil products. Great smooth hair that’s affordable to buy and dose exactly what it says am a model and influencer and I recommend it to all the women who love loreal products.

Amazing for curly hair

My hair is not dyed but it is very dry so I always go for products aimed at dry/coloured hair. This oil is amazing. It leaves my hair so shiny and it’s great for scrunching out the crunch in curly hair. I use quite a bit each time but it quickly disappears into the hair strand and it never looks greasy.

I have very dry and frizzy hair - this product really smooths it out and keeps it looking when I apply it on wet hair before blow drying.
Only giving 4 stars because the fragrance is quite strong affects my skin - I have an allergy developing where my hair touches my neck and face.

Beware of using with heat if your hair is damaged!

Parts of my hair are overprocessed and dry. Just be aware, this product doesn't offer any heat protection (my bad for assuming ot did and not checking the label, which incidentally, doesn't say it offers heat protection and doesn't say it doesn't). After a few uses on damp hair before blow drying, followed by straighteners, I couldn't understand why the ends of my hair had suddenly begun to look like I'd done 12 rounds of 40 volume and why the frazzle was creeping up my hair. The damage was irreparable. Fab as a finishing touch after styling, but please, DO NOT USE BEFORE HEAT IF YOUR HAIR IS SIGNIFICANTLY DAMAGED!!

Amazing product! I have very thick, dry, grey and coloured shoulder length hair and I cannot be without this product! I can wash and straighten my hair once a week and I finish with two pumps of the oil. My hair just drinks it in. It leaves my hair so soft and shiny, and enhances my colour with no greasiness. Even my hairdresser has commented on how good my hair looks, and I’m 65!

My hair is naturally curly so it goes it's on way and frizzy so I have to have a perm on it and this oil is Brill my hair is has blonde highlighters in it and using this oil makes my hair lovely and soft and it looks lovely and shiny no more frizz at all would recommend this to anyone male or female you only need to put a bit in the middle of you hand and rub it in half way up from the strands of your hair and that's it job done I love it well done oreal

I have very dry, frizzy hair and this protects my ends from styling and heat and keeps it looking fresh inbetween cuts. Used sparingly, it isn't greasy at all, just soaks into the ends and moisturises them. Highly recommend!

I didn’t really see any benefits using this serum, unlike others I use it doesn’t really moisturise or detangle my hair. Can’t comment on colour protection, didn’t see it lasting any longer than usual while using this. Now I just use this as a finishing oil after I’ve dried and styled my hair as it’s quite a thin oil.

I love this oil its the only one i use now. It makes such a difference with my hair. Before i started using this my hair was dry, and after using it for a few months the difference is unbelievable, so i use it religiously now to keep the softness. Highly recommend

My hair is combination and can be both dry and greasy at times. This product is amazing and can deal with both issues instantly. I use this on damp hair before drying if it feels greasy or on dry hair to style if it feels damaged. One drop is all you need and my hair is transformed. I cannot rate this highly enough.

I have coloured hair that can get very dry.
This multi purpose miracle product does it all. Use before shampoo as a hot oil treatment, use on holiday to protect from sun sea and chlorine damage and use before blow drying to get a smooth finish.
Helps prevent colour fade and in winter use daily to prevent super static hair.

This oil is perfect for all hair types. It nourishes your hair and strengthens your hair. If your hair is coloured it is better to use the other one which is especially for coloured hair. This is expensive but well worth it. I would highly recommend this.

I received the Elvive Extraordinary Oil free from L'Oreal Paris. I was a bit dubious about the product at first as I thought it might leave my hair greasy. My hair is thick and quite dry from colouring. I used a tiny amount of the product and smoothed it through the ends of my hair. It immediately calmed the frizz and gave my hair a lovely shine. I use it every day now.. It's amazing!!
