I can’t believe you have changed the formula and discontinued what was probably the best hair product my hair ever had. Everyone I know who has difficult-to-manage hair used this and now it’s just watery and greasy somehow at the same time??
Please bring back the normal oil.

I use this with the extraordinary hair oil shampoo and conditioner. My hair was feeling so dry and so went on to this range and my hair has never felt more shiny and soft with this routine. So good and lasts me a good few months!

I've used Morrocan and Argan hair oils before, but I have to say that I'm so impressed with this product! The product definitely lives up to the ads promises of being a lightweight formula that smoothes and protects the hair from temperature damage. I always use a small amount on damp, towel dried hair before blow drying, which leaves my hair beautifully glossy with a gorgeous subtle scent. Although I have fine long hair, it never feels greasy or heavy.
If you have ordered a sample and are new to oils; do not use the entire amount at once as there is plenty for a few uses depending on the length of your hair! The easiest way to use this product is to use a small amount and add more if it is not enough.

What have you done?

I have used this oil as a heat protection serum for years. It was the only light weight heat protector that stopped my hair from breaking. Now the new formula offeres no heat protection and smells sickly. The worst part is I didn't realise the heat protection had gone until my hair has started breaking. This is not what I expect from such a well known brand, I don't understand why you would tamper with such a great product and make it worse?
So upset I now have damaged hair .

Had always used this hair oil but it’s been taken over by my husband…so really impressed that it’s available half price. It’s just what’s needed to either place a small amount through damp hair before styling or a final touch up after styling…works both ways for me…and of course hubby!

Only used it a couple of times between shampoo but made sure only to put it on my ends and it makes my hail look healthier and fresher. Also used it once about an hour before shampooing, when I rubbed it well into my hair from roof to end and it seemed to improve my hair condition and left it looking shinier.

Great, my hair is really dry and frizzy and this works a dream. Easy to brush in the evening if I use this. If on holiday i use about 3 pumps (in heat). If in the UK, i just use 1 pump. Great for dry/curly/frizz.

This is one of my staple hair products.
I've used it for years as a finishing oil and to protect my hair when straightening it.
It smells divine, is absorbed easily and never looks greasy.
I am Indian, so I have shoulder length frizzy, wavy, thick porous hair that needs a lot of taming every day.
This is the product I use daily before I leave the house.
I have other products to use after washing it though.

Recently purchased the Extraordinary Oil and am very impressed. I have dry, coloured, 'old' hair and always wear my hair up as it is too frizzy to leave down. I used 2 drops prior to washing, 2 drops on wet hair and then 2 drops once dry. Today I am wearing my hair down! It feels great, looks good and smells yummy. Def recommend and will purchase again.

I had been using keraste elixir oil and I had ran out, I wanted a cheaper alternative and bought this, I put some in my hair straight away, smells lovely not too much, made my hair instantly softer and sleeker, used in wet hair and the same results, will definitely keep using and it does have the heat protection in it

Like this very much, used it as an after blow dry tamer and as a pre blow dry serum, amazingly my fine fluffy hair looked good the next day which it wouldn't normally. Dropped a star as I find the fragrance too sickly sweet , still highly recommend it though.

I bought this a month ago and have used it daily since. It smells so good and works wonders. Really makes my hair shiny and soft! I use it on the mids and ends of my hair before sleeping and add it to the hyaluronic acid hair mask. Its not thick at all which makes it great for low porosity hair.

Leaves my hair feeling super soft. I’m so pleased! The texture is quite light but you have to adjust the amount - if you use too much it can get greasy. I love this as a heat protecting and as a finishing oil lost hair drying. I love it!

This used to be my holy grail hair oil, providing heat protecting too. They’ve changed the formula recently and now it’s awful, leaves a greasy film on your hair and no heat protectant. Why fix something that isn’t broken? I’ll need to find a new hair oil now.
