My hair cuticle is damaged and my hair has become extremely fine and damaged. I’d like to start off by saying I use not heat on my hair, and protect my hair like no other. When I first bought this product the results were brilliant, but eventually I started getting the worst hair fall out, thinning, breaking and GUMMY HAIR like I’d received a bad bleach job… I have a compromised hair cuticle on 80% of my hair… Please use this product in moderation as the instructions can be deceiving… so many ingredients in hair products can be deceiving bad unless used in moderation such as glycolic acid and proteins. Of course the average shopper does not know this information! But Loreal DOESNT CARE! My hair used to be something I loved about myself, now I’m too ashamed to visit a hair salon at fear of being judged for the damage I have, I wish I could sue but if I’m buying drugstore hair care then of course I don’t have the type of money to sue…

I'm glad I did- it's brilliant for my very long, prone to dryness hair. I really enjoy using this conditioner, because it not only softens and detangles, but also leaves my hair smelling incredibly fresh. The scent lasts until the next wash. And, yes, my hair does look much shinier, so I would recommend the Glycolic Gloss range. Excellent products!

Rated 3 out of 5 by LS01 from Lovely product but did not increase shine I've used this system three times so far - and whilst they are all individually nice products I do not think they have made my hair any more shiny or glossy. I have mid-brown hair with blonde balayage/highlights so perhaps my hair is not the right colour to show gloss. Those with darker tones may find it more effective.

I can declare with confidence that the L'Oréal Paris Elvive Glycolic Gloss Glossing package for Dull Hair package is a game-changer because I'm always looking for ways to treat dull hair. My hair appears completely different after doing this at-home glossing routine. My hair is gently cleansed and filled with care by the shampoo, leaving a thick lather. The Gloss Complex Conditioner then adds a mild smoothing effect to my hair. The 5 Minute Lamination Treatment is the true highlight of the regimen; it gives my hair an instant, silky smooth feel and a long-lasting shine. The Leave-In Serum is my favourite way to conclude the process because it not only shields my hair from heat damage but also gives it a beautiful sheen, smooth texture, and less frizz. My hair gets smoother and shinier after every use, thus this bundle is a need for anyone who wants shiny, healthy-looking hair.

The fragrance for all the products is sweet and subtle and in no way over powering. The Shampoo lathers really nicely, the conditioner is thick and coats every strand, then comes the laminator, this is a game changer and took my hair from soft and shiny to silky glass. Finished off with the serum where a little goes a long a way. I highly recommend these products.

As with all L'Oreal haircare, the fragrance is sublime, the shampoo is easy to apply and lathers well, and the conditioner makes the hair soft and manageable. What sets the range apart is the laminator. In just 5 minutes, the hair becomes shiny and less frizzy, sealing split ends as if by magic! The serum just finishes it off by adding another layer of protection and shine.

I have used the whole range all together and the range minus the treatment and both have given my really great results. The conditioners have made my hair so silky and soft and they leave my hair smelling beautiful too. The serum finishes it off perfectly and doesn't weigh my hair down or leave it sticky or feeling oily. I love this L'Oréal range so much and I would definitely recommend it especially if your hair is looking dull and you struggle with frizz

I've really noticed a difference with this range as my hair feels a lot smoother and manageable after use, especially since I have very frizzy hair with dry ends. It's great for all hair types as I use it when my hair is naturally wavy or heat styled to be straight / curled. I would highly recommend.

The smell of the products are just lovely and really last in my hair too. I feel they've helped my dark brown hair the glossy healthy look I've been wanting. Had some great compliments on how healthy my hiar is looking since using these products. I would highly recommend.

I have quite voluminous thick hair and which has been dyed often, therefore I really needed this product. This had been a game changer my hair looks healthy and feels healthy and I have received so many compliments relating to my hair. This is an incredible hair repair set which I love.

My hair feels so much better and not as dry as it used to be (it's abused a lot with dye) and my daughter has been using it too, and really given a beautiful glossy shine to her hair.
