Usage
Use the Extraordinary Sleeping Oil-Cream every evening after the Extraordinary Facial Oil to complete your skincare routine.

I have used this cream for years and absolutely love it! Its like silk yo apply and smells lovely. I'm gutted as I can't purchase it anywhere in the UK? Is it going to be on sale again in the UK?

Smells divine

Nice thick night cream that smells amazing, whether the fragrance helps with sleep I'm not sure as i put it on long before bed so the smell disappears. The cream itself does leave my skin nice and soft although leaves a kind of film on it, only really notice this when i wash my face in the morning, but who cares its for bed time and if it works I'm happy. Love the extraordinary oil as well.

I have been using the night cream together with the day version of the Extraordinary Oil range and I just love them both! They smell amazing, leave my skin feel and look nourished, glowing and hydrated. The night cream is a bit thicker not as light as the day one but I only apply a thin layer and after using them both regularly for a few months I don't think I could ever go back to any other product.

This smells amazing and feels quite nice going on, but it feels thick and heavy as if it’s just sitting on the skin. In the morning I can feel the residue washing away so I’m not convinced it actually sinks in or does anything. The smell is pleasant though.

I have used this cream since it came out and it’s wonderful for my dry skin. At Christmas I was bought as a gift a high end moisturiser for day and night which wasn’t a patch on this night cream and I also use the day cream. My skin seemed to suffer with the other cream and looked dull but as soon as I returned to this my skin improved! Won’t be trying anything else again I love it!!

I am sorry to write a 1 x star review for this product, especially as I love the L’Oréal extraordinary facial oil! However I felt this ‘oil-cream’ did nothing for me. I’m with the minority on this one - this product is strong smelling, did not sink into my skin (leaves a synthetic-type residue) and felt like a cheap product. Not what I expected at all. Not ‘extraordinary’. My skin type is combination/dry. I have since returned this product. One positive, I did not have an allergic reaction.

I have been using this cream for a year now
It is a lovely refreshing cream
It definitely helps my skin to keep its moister over night
I intermittently use Eucerin Hyaluron -Filler night cream and this cream feels just as good
But remember it’s what you put in your body as well not on it

Very off putting smell

This product was really disappointing. I love the oil wash to take my make up off and was excited to use the night cream in conjunction with it, but the smell is SO off putting! It smells like cheap men’s body wash/deodorant. Will be returning the product ASAP.

This lightly but gorgeously scented cream, which is also very kind to sensitive skin, is one of the best I have tried. Regular use leaves skin soft, smooth and really hydrated when you wake up.

Lovey night cream for mature skin. It makes you skin feel much more moisturised than most creams and for the money it is excellent value. I would recommend all the products in this range if you have mature skin as i have enjoyed using them each day and feel my skin is less tired and old looking which i am delighted about!

Wonderful perfume and great texture

Loved, loved loved this cream. I loved using it from the very first time. The perfume is wonderful the cream should be gloopy but isn't. The instruction for a light application and then applying again made me think for a second but totally understand now. I am trying not to gush but my skin after I use it feels good, maybe my skin is dryer than I thought but it doesn't feel greasy and is completely absorbed. Definite recommendation.

I have a great word for this - unctuous! It's really bouncy and smoothing and rich and gentle. Fabulous, fabulous cream. And the smell is divine! I absolutely recommend this - L'Oreal has some cracking new products out at the moment. This is a winner. for sure.

This night cream is great, Slight downside is it is a little greasy but as it is a night cream that does not really matter. Next morning my skin felt really soft and hydrated and not at all as dry as it normally is first thing.Great for older skin that needs a lot of hydrating

Too sticky

This product is not for me as it is thick and sticky and does not absorb well. The other products in the range have really made a difference to my skin, and after leaving a few minutes longer than usual creams will be absorbed, but not the night cream. It may have helped improve my skin but I find that during the night I often feel "stuck" to my pillow by the cream.
I have continued to use the cream to see if I can get used to it, but sadly I do not think this is a cream I would buy as it is too rich for me. It may suit others with skin that is drier and I would not be surprised if it does have many fans, but I am not one on this occasion. I would still use all the other products in the range though, so don't let this cream put you off the day cream or the eye filler, which are great products.

Pleasant moisturising night cream

It says "night oil" on the label, but in most respects this just feels like an easy to apply, soft night cream. It goes on easily, smells pleasant (to me it smells a tiny bit of ginger, don't know why!) and is well tolerated by my sensitive rosacea-prone skin. Apparently it contains rosehip and Argan oil, combined with royal jelly. I saw no extra radiance in my skin but it did a good job at keeping my skin moisturised without feeling greasy overnight. The glass jar is lovely and makes this cream feel quite luxurious.

Great nicely fragranced night cream

I love this product and the rest of the range. The packaging is attractive with the blue jar and the cream inside is a peach colour with a light lavender fragrance that is not overpowering. I do not know why some reviewers have mentioned glitter, there isn't any in this night cream.
You only need a small amount so don't get carried away and put on too much as it won't be absorbed. When I get up the following morning my skin still feels soft and silky and yes I do then cleanse as normal before applying any further products so any excess / residue is removed.

I thought this cream would be thick and heavy with it being a night cream for very mature skin, but I was pleasantly surprised that it absorbed into my skin easily leaving no hint of greasiness. It leaves my skin feeling soft and nourished and the lavender and rosemary scent is gorgeous and very relaxing for night time ! I am not keen on heavily perfumed skin products but this night cream smells heavenly ! I wake in the morning to lovely, soft, dewy skin. Like the rest of this range, the packaging gives the appearance of a much more expensive, premium skin care range. Very good value for money and highly recommended.

Love, Love, Love the L'Oreal Extraordinary Oil Sleeping Oil Night Cream; which smells beautiful and has a luxurious thick texture which is cool on application but sinks straight into the skin.
I have used the cream every night over the last fortnight and I can say that my skin feels soft yet firm ,well nourished and it certainly looks a lot brighter!!
An extraordinary cream which I will definitely keep as part of my night time beauty routine I love it !!!!

This is a good night cream for me, it is rich without being oily and clammy. It sinks in quickly and does not leave my skin feeling tight as some night creams have However I am not in love with the smell, it is not the usual type of fragrance that I associate with facial care. This does not put me off though, good results are more important to me

The smell of this night cream is lavender and Rosemary which is delicate and not too strong.At first I thought the cream was very rich and creamy,I did do as it says to apply a thin layer first, which soaks in quickly,then I do apply a thicker amount which does melts in as I sleep.At first it feels a bit sticky, but when it's absorbed I was left with very smooth moisturised skin.A good product which for me did do as it says.

I have been using this night cream for several weeks and can honestly say I can see a difference in my skin. It is much less dry and appears brighter too. I would recommend this cream for anyone who has dry skin. Another benefit is that I always finish by rubbing the excess cream into my hands, and they too are much less dry. The cream smells divine too !

At first sight the cream appears to be quite light but it is actually quite heavy on application. After just a few days use skin does actually look plump and moisturised. It cannot be used in the eye area which means purchasing an additional eye cream. The product leaves a rubbery residue on bed linen but, fortunately, this washes out easily. I will definitely continue using this cream.
