Infallible L'Oreal Paris Infallible Loose Setting Powder

I like the soft texture of this powder and the pale blue tinge was unusual! I wasn’t sure what to expect but I really liked the finish the powder gave, it blurred lines and evened out minor imperfections quite well. A little goes a long way and I used a large powder brush to get a nice even finish.

Recieved this to try and months later I’m still using it. It’s a good product for a fab price. Don’t be put off by the blueish colour of the powder as it doesn’t look blue in the skin. I use this after applying my foundation but before I apply my bronzer and my make up does last longer than if I weren’t to use a setting powder. My skin is quite oily and this is also perfect for mattifying any shiny areas that may appear. My only issue with the product is the container. Its not handbag friendly. It needs some kind of inner lid to keep the powder coming through the holes inside.

The Infallible loose setting powder is amazing!! I love how lightweight it is and it never leaves my skin feeling caked in powder. Even better if the airbrushed finish it gives to my makeup. Would highly recommend!

This is an ok product but don’t think it’s for me, just made my skin look white and a little flaky

As a confirmed hourglass powder snob, I am always a bit scared to try others. This had a lovely finely milled texture and felt lovely on the skin. The blue hue made me look paler than I am, so is probably better suited to fairer skin tones, but I'd definitely try other colour options of this powder.

Really love this product! I do feel like it makes my makeup last longer. It also feels lovely going on, it doesn't feel like it adds or makes my makeup feel heavy.

Nice powder! Very good for a touch ups during a day, easy to use.

I used the infallible loose setting powder over my liquid foundation. The powder is blue and I was very wary about making my face blue, so I very lightly dusted my face with it. I don't have time to re-do my make up if I mess it up, and wouldn't have a clue how to fix it without washing it all off. From the minimal amount I used, it worked nicely (without making me blue in the face...ahem...) and did mattify my liquid foundation. I probably wouldn't use it in the summer over foundation, as I feel it would wash me out a bit though. Overall, it's a nice product but a bit on the brave side for me! I certainly wouldn't use the other step of pressing it under my eyes! Maybe a half/half of this and a normal powder would be a good next step so you can add some colour to is.

L'Oréal infallible-loose-setting-powder it is the Best loose powder I've ever tried , it stays on face for long time and makes skin looks smooth.

This powder is great! Whilst I don't know if it is that brightening, it seems to help control my oily skin. I've taken to applying it with a dry sponge, pressing it into my skin, leaving it for a few minutes and then using a brush to remove the excess. Before using a brush I do look a little grey/ghostly but afterwards I look fresh faced and matte (without looking flat) It seems to help my skin stay matte for quite a while too, which is better than a lot of powders I've used (which I also look a bit ghostly in!) The powder itself is a really fine texture, applies well and looks lovely on. I'll definitely be repurchasing

Really fine powder. Sits well on the skin. The blue tint isn't visible on though it does make my skin less sallow

This did the job but it didn't blow me away, there are better setting powders out there. It did feel a little waxy.

This works brilliantly well at setting and very very subtly brightening my under eye area. It's incredibly finely milled and doesn't sit in my lines.

INFALLIBLE-LOOSE-SETTING-POWDER I am a great lover of loose powder, I don’t like pressed as it seems to clog up my foundation, I tried this one as I am a wee bit fed up with my usual powder, nothing wrong with it but I’m just bored! I was put off at the start by the blue colour, but strangely enough it doesn’t go blue on my face, it doesn’t accentuate my wrinkles (have plenty of those!) it doesn’t highlight my open pores & actually does look great on my skin. It’s long lasting, doesn’t make my greasy skin worse, lasts all day at work. I can’t really fault this powder, I am quite impressed which I wasn’t expecting. I absolutely would recommend this and I would deffinately buy it again...I’m very pleased because this is cheaper than my usual one and just as good, very happy customer again, thank you L’Oréal

I like this powder but it is quite messy to use. I need to try the under eye thing but I never have time on a morning. I can't miss powder out my routine though and this is a good product.

This powder is brilliant. It's not heavy on the your skin. Doesn't dry your skin out. You can use it with any foundation I tired with my cream foundation and my liquid one and works brilliantly with both.

Easy to put on with brush or fingers, makes make-up last longer and banishes shine, resulting in a flawless, matte complexion that does not look unnatural.

Really nice powder. Does what it says on the tin. Really feels nice on the skin.

This setting powder is really light, I wondered about the blue color, but it doesn't interfere with your make up. It keeps your oily complexion at bay. Great for matt finish.

I was a bit worried about the colour of the powder to begin with but it turned out the blue colour really helped hide any redness on my skin and helped make it look smoother. You don't need huge amounts of this very fine powder. I found it best to use a large brush for the majority of the face and a smaller one round the eyes. I felt it set my makeup well and helped it last throughout the day. I really liked the matte finish it gave as I often have shiny areas appearing throughout the day.

I love this setting powder. It’s very light and only a little is needed. It kept my make up on so much longer. Highly recommended.

Love this powder!! It blurs the skin, matt the skin and sets the makeup for all day! In love with it!

I'm really fond of the "baking" affect so i was excited to try this product. I really liked the packaging of the powder. It only has holes on one side of the filter so you don't have to tip it out onto the lid which i usually have to do with loose powders! I have oily skin and this worked wonderfully when i dusted it all over the face with a fluffy brush. However for baking under my eyes it wasn't so great. I have medium skin and after leaving the powder on my undereye area for only a couple of minutes it left a white patch under my eye. Now i know this is a brightening powder but it looked horrible. I tried it a few times using different techniques and i was still left with the same outcome. Overall brilliant powder for oily skin to use all over. Kept the oils at bay brilliantly.

I have to say when I first got this product I thought it would make me go really pale after carefully applying a full face of make up however after using it a few times it really adds a nice effect, almost a glow and your make up lasts all day and night
