Sculpt and define your features

Benefits

Sculpt and define your features with shadow and light, with our cream-to-powder Contouring Palette.

The lighter shade is designed to lift and highlight the high-points of your face, whilst the darker shade creates the illusion of shadow, to sculpt your face to perfection.

Our innovative cream-to-powder technology is easy to apply and super blendable. Your sculpted finish looks true-to-skin, with a flawless matte finish.

How to apply:

Step 1: Apply the lighter shade to the high-points of your face, focussing on the cheekbones, forehead and chin.

Step 2: Apply the darker shade to the hollows of your cheeks and temples.

Step 3: Blend the two shades together for a flawlessly sculpted look.

I found that the creamy texture was very oily. When blended, it blended to nothing, taking making off underneath it, and when applied under foundation, it just wiped away, therefore was pointless. I also found the lighter cream very lumpy in texture when applied, and just didn't sit right on the skin at all, making it very noticeable, and as I said before, when blending was attempted, it just wiped away. I wouldn't purchase this item again.

I know that some people seem to like this product but it wasn't the greatest for me.
The darker colour goes on well, be careful to blend really well or you can look gaunt with any contour sets. I just found this one to be quite dulling on the skin mind you.
The biggest problem was the light colour. It leaves a residue that you can see, in fact it wouldn't blend in, it kind of 'split' as a product, its hard to explain, like it wouldn't sit on the skin.
It wouldn't blend out with the other colour, it took the makeup off from under it and when I applied it first instead of afterwards it did the same.
I'm a long term makeup fan and this just didn't feel right.
The product itself is a silky feel solid mousse/compact. feels lovely to the touch. I had high hopes for it but it didn't float my boat sadly.
Just bought another brand product try try and will review that as soon as I get it on my face tomorrow :-)
So to summarize... skin dulling dark colour but blends well, lighter colour doesn't blend well and I had to use a simple white eye shadow to use as my highlight (a good tip is use a brown and white eyeshadow set you can buy from Boots or any other shop. One that isn't super 'shimmery'. or you will shine out metallic skinned like a cyborg by the time you are half way through! A matt coloured set works great as a cheap contour set if you don't have a 'proper' product like this one.
I've personally been 'contouring' with makeup long before it was fashionable to do it. Simply to correct irregularities in the face.
I fancied trying a product specifically for this use but so far the eyeshadow set has won...

I bought this product after seeing it on TV. Firstly I'm disappointed that it doesn't come with any kind of applicator let alone the lovely brush shown on the adverts. Anyhow I've tried with a brush and a sponge and it basically doesn't stay put. If you try to blend it over a liquid foundation it just wipes away. I think a powder product would be much more effective. Sadly it's gone in the bin.
