I read the reviews, loved the packaging, but did absolutely nothing to my hair. It’s nothing more than an old fashioned crème rinse step after conditioner. If you buy quality conditioner, this is a waste of time (maybe works on different hair types? My hair is thick, prone to wavy naturally.

Makes my hair feel like absolute silk. You can definitely overdo it if you have fine hair - I’ve made the mistake of using too much and my hair gets oily and feels very product heavy, but with the right amount it works a treat.

I’ve just used this and it hasn’t worked for me.
My hair isn’t any more shiny and it actually feels sticky and coarse to touch.
I use and love L’Oréal elvive ‘Water Water’ but the ‘Glycolic Gloss’ has undone the lovely conditioning effect of the Wonder Water.
I will definitely not be using the ‘Glycolic Gloss’ again.

This is great for your hair, leaves it looking and feeling super shiny and sleek! I don’t know why a reviewer is complaining that it leaves roots greasy when the products directions states it’s for mid length and ends of your hair. My review is not from a free product or sponsor and I would totally recommend this hair gloss!

Super shiny smooth hair

Decided to give this a go as it was half price with my Boots advantage card and I was curious to try a glossing product. For context I have shoulder length thick hair which is 2/3 grey as I have been growing out the dye for 18 months now. I love my grey hair but it can look dull and dry sometimes and is prone to frizz at the slightest drop of rain or sweat. For a start the product smells gorgeous, I put it on for 5 minutes, rinsed then blow dried/straightened as usual. It did look very shiny and glossy but it always does at first so I put it to the ultimate test for me - travel! After a damp UK morning, a train to the airport, a 16 hour flight to Vietnam and 3 nights sleep my hair looked…… amazing! No frizz, still glossy and held the style well, I was honestly super impressed. I’m definitely going to try the rest of the range now as it really worked well for me, I am really pleased with the results!

A worthy addition to your haircare routine. After using the shampoos and conditioner from the Glycolic Gloss range, I apply this lamination treatment and leave to work its magic for 5-10 minutes. My hair really does look shinier and also feels smoother afterwards. I personally enjoy the scent too. It's quite long-lasting and noticeable, especially when I swish my hair. I love the entire Glycolic Gloss range of products and would also recommend the Bond Repair one if your hair is in need of some TLC.

Bought this on a special offer to try as my heat damaged hair needed something to help it. After normal shampoo and conditioner, I put this on as directed and left for over three minutes. On rinsing, my hair felt great. After blow drying (when I normally need to turn to straighteners) it definitely wasn't as unruly. I'm trying to NOT use straighteners, and allow my hair to recover, and this is helping. It is quite costly, but it definitely has done something good for my heat damaged, slightly wavy/frizzy hair.

When I apply it in the shower immediately my hair feels so smooth and amazing and even when I rinse it out then when I get out the shower and do my hair routine and dry it feels no different to when I don’t put it in. I’ve tired putting in more produce and leaving it in for longer and still the same result. I have medium thickness, wavy hair and I don’t see any shine or gloss. Maybe it’s just not meant for my hair. I do however quite like the smell of it
