There was one matte dark shade with three shimmers, one with a bit more glitter than others and the colour pay off was good. Although this palette was ‘cool’ they did appear a little warm but lovely all the same.

I went for the lighter shade on inner corners and arches, the sparkle on the lids contrasted with the contouring colour and the dark shade on the lash lines. Had my first compliment today in quite a while that said I was looking younger. I'll take that. Has lasted well today so haven't had to re-apply, but there's a handy in-built mirror if needed. Ideal for travel.

The eyeshadows are soft and easy to apply, and I've used darker colours to line my eyes. A lovely touch to have a mirror in the base, but they last all day so don't need reapplying.

The compact contains a dark brown, yellowy beige, mid brown pearl, and chocolate brown with golden glitter. There is a lovely little mirror in the bottom as well which is very handy.
