I wouldn’t say it ‘melts away’ makeup, more so melts but leaves all the residue on your face even after rinsing with water so your towels end up covered in makeup. Although it’s good value for money, I wouldn’t purchase again

I’ve been using this along side the toner for good few months now And I love it so much. I love the packaging of the bottles and the pump which is nice, and the side of the bottles last me ages. I use a make up remover water first to take the top layer of my make up off and then I use this. I also use this everyday morning and night as my routine evening when am not wearing make up you can see the dirt on the cotton pad it really cleanses your skin deeply and it smells amazing. From the first use your skin is super soft I had dry patches on my face since using this baby soft skin every time. I don’t have sensitive skin and it claims to be for sensitive skin but it’s very fragranced so I don’t recommend for sensitive skin

I picked this up as I was looking for a purse-friendly make up remover to use as my first cleanse when I have my full face on. First couple of weeks were fine - I noticed it being a bit heavy for my skin but it removes make up very efficiently, smells nice and feels very hydrating when applied so all good. I don't know what happened after that but my skin started being a bit stingy when I used it (have not changed anything else in my routine) so I stopped using it. My husband now uses it as a first cleanse when he uses SPF, he has dry skin and he loves it! So maybe not the best for me but at least someone in our house is using it!

Gentle on the skin and feels moisturising while also removing your make-up. I'm very pleased with it and I have noticed how lovely and soft my skin is after using it everyday since it arrived (about a month).

Great cleanser, gentle on the skin. I've used this for a while now. It removes all make up including eyes all in one. I remove with a muslin cloth in warm water and it works a treat.

I'm 20 and wanted to buy this to give my skin some glow and look fresh, so I thought the three (gel wash, toner, and cream cleanser) would work together well since they're the same set. My skin rarely broke out, so I wanted an upgrade from my really dull looking skin and wanted the fresh dewy glow look. Initially, the first 4 weeks were abso fantastic! My skin was evenly textured and looked healthy and glowing! I was really impressed so went back to buy more whilst they were still half price. So I continued with this routine and after around the 5 week marker realised I am beginning to get bad spots on my cheeks (which never happened prior, as it's usually my chin and forehead) and thought nothing of it, blamed it on stress at Uni/life and just continued. Until till today 6 months later I realised it's this that's causing it. I was so ignorant and blind that these products were actually helping me because I wanted to believe they were doing me good due to the initial amazing 4 weeks, instead they were causing the acne! Definitely won't go anywhere near these products again, the blemishes and spots on my cheeks (and now bad forehead spots) are deep and difficult to fix now :( A little about the cleanser itself, it smells fantastic and the pump is rather useful for dispense on the top of the bottle. However, the lotion itself is really greasy on the skin and you can feel it in/clogging your pores (if that makes sense?) and causes breakouts because of the high oil content. Additionally, I have sensitive combination skin (with rare breakouts) and thought this might be ideal- I was wrong, the texture was oily and feels very heavy weight on the skin. P.S I don’t wear makeup so I can’t blame that for the breakouts or anything else as I hadn’t changed my skincare routine.

I absolutely love this product!!! I use it everyday and it makes my skin glow. I can’t quite believe. I was shocked as well with how much you get for the price. 10000% recommend

I use this to take my makeup off with a reusable wipe every night and it works wonders! easily takes makeup off and even works well for my oily skin! Smells amazing too!

This is my second bottle. I have combo skin and this is a dream that doesn’t spark breakouts and adds an extra bit of moisture to my skin in the dry, dry winter.

I loved this. I used it every night and it lasted about 2 months. It is very fragranced but that didn’t irritate my skin. It removes makeup really well which is the first thing I look for in a cleanser and it’s hard to find to be honest! Skin felt fresh, clean and hydrated after!

I find it's a good product for the price and quantity you receive. Has a nice smell and also hydrates the skin.

This product makes my skin feel so soft, it smells amazing and is so gentle - I have sensitive skin and have not had any problems.

I've been using this for a while now, I like this product but have some tips on how to use it. I use this as a first cleanse to remove makeup or oil, spf etc and then follow with a second cleanser. This on its own will not properly clean your skin. I also wouldn't use how it says with a cotton pad as you will just end up dragging your skin and leaving a film of this product on your face which will break you out. Wash away with water instead. This does remove makeup easily and always leaves my skin feeling really soft and hydrated. I don't love the rose scent however as you use it more you get used to it.

This definitely works for removing makeup, so definitely does as it says. Just not a massive fan of how it makes me skin feel after works! I have normal to combination skin so that might be why

This is very good cleansing milk, seems to do what it says on the tin. Skin feels softer and looks brighter plus it hasn't got MI in it, for anyone else out there who suffers with sensitive skin. Also the scent is pleasantly subtle. Nice big bottle makes the price right, too.

I love L’Oréal . I’ve been using this cleansing milk for a while now and am pleased with the results. It has a lovely fresh smell and leaves your skin feeling lovely and soft. Over time I feel my skin tone has really improved. It also does not leave my skin feeling greasy like many products on the market. To go with this try using the toner too. Both are excellent.

I have sensitive and dry skin. This product overdrying skin so much!! After first use my skin was so thigtened and so dry!! Would never recommend it!

I have dry and oily skin... It varies. This product is good for both. It feels lovely and hydrating. Not greasy at all... Nor drying. Face feels very clean.

Seeing as its winter, my skin is especially dry. This toner is very hydrating and leaves my skin feeling beautifully nourished, it even gives me that post facial feeling of tight and rejuvenated skin which is amazing, considering the price! I have bought it for friends and they have exactly the same reaction, it also smells absolutely gorgeous - your skin will feel and smell great for a suruprisingly long time.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this range but found the cleansing wipes better for me, as they don’t contain mineral oil and are not as oily. These really only suit very dry skin.

I've been using this product for 3 days now and my skin has come out in red blotches like a rash. It's quite strongly perfumed for 'sensitive' product, which could be the culprit!
