Hair gets thinner i guess

It does the job to cover grey but i find i m losing hair from using this. Made my hair thin. I belueve its because of this product.

I have light hair naturally and I have my hair coloured dark brown. I bought the dark brown spray to cover my roots - works amazingly and lasts until you wash your hair next. Really helps with maintaining my hair health and not getting my hair coloured as often, saving less salon trips! I recommend covering your parting with the tail of a rat comb though to prevent the spray staining your scalp and create a neater parting.

Disappointed when I saw that this spray was advertised as for 'all hair colours'. They should change it to 'most'. I have naturally red/ginger hair, and although we are in the minority, we still exist, and still go grey!

okay, so at first I didn't think much of it, mainly because I was using it wrong.. let me elaborate: I sprayed it too close to my scalp and colour went more on my scalp than just my hair, so my initial thought was - I don't like it, But then, a week later I read the instructions properly and gave it another go, and to my surprise, the result was great: I have sprayed from further away, therefore it went on my hair rather than paint my scalp, and over all result was great, was magical, I could get away with another few weeks from dyeing my hair and giving them a breather... So it is a good product, but please follow instructions to get desired result.. xxx

Don't bother buying this product. It made my roots much darker. My hair colour is light blonde and it bought the light blonde spray. In actual fact, my roots looked dark orange!! I have thrown it in the bin.

A must for me when I cannot be bothered to dye my hair . Be careful when spraying as can get messy, need to spray not too close . Wipes off easy on the skin if you get on your face or on the back of your ears when covering grey bits . Feels a bit sticking on hair but it’s covering up so I don’t care . I have used this for years , I buy from wherever has it on offer

This is quite a nice product to use it definitely does hide the thinning that I have on the sides of my head from constantly having it scraped back in a pony tail or a bun haha! Smells quite nice too! However I don’t think I would personally use this regularly! Maybe when it’s a special event or something that pictures would be taken at

I was initially a bit skeptical about this product but after having tried it I am really pleased and will probably end up buying one when I finish it. I have really fine dark blonde hair - the light brown shade matched me really well and didn't just colour some of my hair, but also covered some of my scalp that was on show due to my hairstyle. It has a little bit of a texture to it when you touch the sprayed area but there's no transfer/it doesn't rub off if you touch it.

There's slight coverage but unless you're using a lot it isn't great. Im auburn/brown/red in hair colour so it's difficult to find specific coverage. Wouldn't say the value is here but probably good for those who have darker hair.

The l'oreal paris magic retouch is so straight forward and eay to use. Just a quick spray to the Grey's and gone!. Lasted all day, small enough bottle to put in your bag. I would recommend this to anyone,that doesn't have time to wait around dying the hair.

Not a bad quick touch up

This was a quick fix to cover the line of greys that appeared at my parting. It was easy to use. The colour matched my hair really well. The downside! You have to hold the can so far away from your head to spray that I ended up with dye spots on my bedsheets and over the floor.
After washing my hair it felt brittle and straw like even after drying.

I’ve used a touch up spray before as I have greying to the front of my hair which makes me look like I’m bolding the stuff i previously used comes of easily when wet which isn’t good whilst out this was perfect and didn’t come of in the rain it pays to spend a little more for quality

I didn’t get on with this product

I followed the instructions for application of the L'Oreal magic retouch spray - shook the can, sprayed on dry clean hair from 13cm into roots in a "light stream" Well! I ended up with 'freckles' on my face because it didn't come out in a light stream, but rather spattered in all directions - it went everywhere! On top of that it just created blotches in the area I was trying to cover, looking like I'd had a mis-hap with hair dye. And, in addition, it was an awful texture - really sticky- like hair volumising powder and I couldn't brush it out, had to wash it out which I couldn't do as I was going to a meeting. I felt very self conscious and embarrassed. Overall I was very disappointed with this product as I have a 'receding' hairline where the hair is very fine and thin, and was hopeful that this would cover the problem. Instead it just made a mess

A gamechanger between salon appointments

I used to feel embarrassed when my roots started coming through. I didn't know what to do other than try to conceal them with hats. This product has given me so much more confidence and allowed me to even delay my hair appointments a little longer if needed. Would highly recommend!

This product covers your grey roots and makes it look fresher; however spraying it to close could leave you grey marks and leave your hair greasy after a while. I think i got the wrong colour as my hair is black and i got the dark brown so you cant see it as much in picture but it did cover a few greys.

This product is not too bad. It does what it says. I have some roots showing and a few grey hairs so gave this a try.
It was easy easy to use and apply.
You inly need to stay a small amount and it covers the hair well.
This washes out easily when you shampoo your hair.
I gave 3 stars as it is good but I dont really see the point of the product. As it just washes out the next day im not sure when I would need tonuse this really.

First time user of hair retouch sprays due to the ever increasing amount of grey hairs and loss of hair on top! The precise spray nozzle ensures easy application and a good covering although it’s good for covering greys it’s not the best option for hair loss areas in my opinion. Product makes existing hair look fuller and thicker plus it is easy to wash out at the end of the day. I will definitely continue using and would recommend to friends.

I found this product easy to use and very effective. It is a great choice for in-between hairdresser visits being a quick and simple solution for covering grey hair. The colour blended well with the rest of my hair which really helped disguise my roots and saves money to trips to the hairdressers.

I received this to test out and was pleasantly surprised. The colour match to my hair was quite perfect so you can’t tell that I have the product in my hair. It made it look like I had a slightly fuller head of hair.

The product is very, very good fits well in the hand and s a good size to carry with you .The application is easy and the extended nozzle makes it easy to apply exactly where you want it to go .The actual dye is longer lasting than I thought stayed in my head a couple of days very natural looking if you get the correct match . Overall a very good quick fix excellent for example holidays or no time to do full head dye .

An okay quick fix, not for everyday use

I had the chance to test L'Oréal Paris Magic Retouch Spray Brown and honestly, it’s just ok. It does what it promises, which is to give your hair a fuller look by adding colour, but I wasn’t too impressed overall.
The application is a bit messy, you need to spray it from about 10 cm away from your scalp, and I noticed it left some residue on my t-shirt, so I’d recommend using it before getting dressed in your outside clothes. The colour lasts until the next wash, although it does fade a little with time.
Out of curiosity, I also tried it on my beard to see the effect. The result was fine, but again, nothing impressive. For me, this is more of a product to use occasionally, maybe when you need a quick fix or want to look more polished for an event. I wouldn’t see it as an everyday product and definitely not something I’d add to my routine.
Overall, it works, but it’s not a game changer.

Worked okay, sticky when washed

Gave to friend as I have no need for the product. She said it worked okay to give a temporary cover but wouldn’t be a long term solution. When you wash it out it does tend to clump and become quite sticky which took a couple of rounds of shampoo to sort out.

I liked this product, it does what it says.
I found it handy for quick touch-ups. The brown shade blended well and covered the majority of my greys instantly. It didn’t feel heavy or sticky. Perfect for in-between salon visits and overall I would definitely recommend.
