Pure Clay Bright Mask
For the first time, L'Oréal Paris Laboratories have selected three pure clays and combined them with Yuzu Lemon extract, known for its skin-evening properties. The creamy texture, enriched with natural exfoliators, cleanses deep into the pores to absorb oil and bug away dead skin cells without drying skin out.

Usage

On clean skin, apply a thin layer all over the face, 2 times per week. Avoid the eyes and lips. Leave to dry for 5-10 minutes, then remove with a wet towel or luke warm water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately and thoroughly.

I wore this on for a month and continually used it, and it was amazing, I used to have an oily T-Zone but this mask helped me a lot. I stopped using it this month to test if it was actually the face mask helping my t zone and yes it was! Would definitely recommend for people with combination skin like me!

Even after the first use my skin was glowing and you don’t have to leave it on for ages unlike some masks. It’s not a harsh exfoliator either and doesn’t dry out my skin afterwards, I really enjoy using this mask range. There’s a lot in the pot and is really good value for money so I will definitely repurchase this one.

I really like this face mask. I normally use it twice a week, in the evenings, to help with my skincare and I love the results. It's really easy to apply, smells nice and you're done in ten minutes. My face is left feeling super soft and spotless.

This was a nice mask in terms of the way it felt and the ease of use but I didn’t find it particularly brightening. It’s not my favourite of the pure clay varieties but it’s still a decent mask.

This mask smelt lovely but the texture was a bit scratchy. However after washing it off my skin was so soft and healthy looking! Very pleased with this product.

I love the scent and texture of this face mask. My skin felt fresh and smooth after using it. My skin tone appeared to be more even but not so much illuminated. Definitely going to start using this a few times a week.

I love this mask. It smells incredible. The exfoliating bits are not harsh on the skin at all. It gives an instant brightening effect. It doesn’t dry down completely like a typical clay mask so it doesn’t dry out your skin. I really like this mask. I would say that it’s the best mask out of the entire loreal clay mask range as I have tried out many of the others. They’re all great but this is one which is great for all skin types. In short, you can’t go wrong with this!

I received this product free for review - I was really disappointed with this product and unfortunately I cannot recommend it at all. It was painfully coarse and did nothing good for my skin. On a better note, it works great as a foot scrub!

I love the L’Oréal masks. They are so quick and easy to use but give good results. I love that this one brightens the skin and helps give that glow that we can sometimes miss out on in the winter months!

Used this twice and I can say it’s really good at brightening and feels nice and cool on the skin. Didn’t irritate my skin which same face masks have a tendency of doing. It was easy to remove as well

I really like this face mask. It's not like any other one I've used before. The scent is subtle with a hint of zesty lemon. It applies really well, and its consistency is almost like a face scrub with exfoliators in it. What I found interesting was that the mask doesn't dry out fully on your skin which is great for people with sensitive skin. Once it was washed off, my skin felt super soft and it looked glowing. I really like this a lot. I recommend.

I just adore this face mask. I've only used it twice and it has already done wonders to my complexion. My skin looks noticably brighter and my uneven skin tone has been reduced too which I'm so happy with & the reason I cannot wait to use the mask frequently. I loved the little 'beads' in the face mask which worked like an exfolliater & also that my face didn't feel as though it had been dried out once the mask hardened. The smell is also very pleasant. I will be using this face mask regularly from now on.

really works! I used this last night for the first time and I could honestly see the difference afterwards! The texture is creamy and a bit gritty, the smell is lovely and the skin tingles with use. I don't think I would recommend this for very sensitive skin due to this, but otherwise it is amazing at brightening my tired, dull skin! definite repurchase!

Literally just buy it. If I ever see a spot sprouting I lather this over the spot whether it’s an under skin spot or one which is poppable, and it’s a miracle worker seriously just buy it. I put it over a spot ever night before I go sleep and I wake up without any size in the spot it’s flat and non texturised.

Don't often write reviews but i thought i should for this. I have only used it once and immediately after using it and for the few hours before bed it seemed like my skin had a golden glow to it and i think my skin did look evened out a bit already! I specifically bought this one because of the yuzu and its smell does not disappoint. Also unlike other clay masks i have used this one does not dry really tight and then crack. My boyfriend really enjoyed doing this one too lol. I bought this with a gift card but would buy with my own money again despite it being more expensive than i normally would go for.

brightens slowly with regular use

I thought I would try this mask in the loreal clay range as I really liked the result of the charcoal detox mask. I have hyperpigementation mainly on the sides of my face and jawline so hoped that using this mask would help to fade the marks. It doesnt claim to resolve hyperpigmentation but does claim to even tone and add a glow. So I have used this about 8 times now and although it hasnt faded my marks it had slowly helped to improve my skin tone and indirectly making the areas of my face where the marks are look better. The mask is a more of a thinner creamy consistency and means a thin layer can been applied with very little product. smells nice and the natural bits in the mask work a bit like a scrub when you wash off. even though it hasnt solved the hyperpigemntation problem (i probably was expecting too much to be honest) I do like how it feels and the end result on the skin so would buy again

I have only used it once and immediately after using it and for the few hours before bed it seemed like my skin had a golden glow to it and i think my skin did look evened out a bit already! I specifically bought this one because of the yuzu and its smell does not disappoint. Also unlike other clay masks i have used this one does not dry really tight and then crack. My boyfriend really enjoyed doing this one too lol. I bought this with a gift card but would buy with my own money again despite it being more expensive than i normally would go for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautyblade from brightens slowly with regular use I thought I would try this mask in the loreal clay range as I really liked the result of the charcoal detox mask. I have hyperpigementation mainly on the sides of my face and jawline so hoped that using this mask would help to fade the marks. It doesnt claim to resolve hyperpigmentation but does claim to even tone and add a glow. So I have used this about 8 times now and although it hasnt faded my marks it had slowly helped to improve my skin tone and indirectly making the areas of my face where the marks are look better. The mask is a more of a thinner creamy consistency and means a thin layer can been applied with very little product. smells nice and the natural bits in the mask work a bit like a scrub when you wash off. even though it hasnt solved the hyperpigemntation problem (i probably was expecting too much to be honest) I do like how it feels and the end result on the skin so would buy again

Being a readhead, I have freckles (which I love), however don't love when it's summer and I look like one giant freckle haha!! To be honest, I wasn't expecting amazing results, despite the great reviews, but was proven utterly wrong! The mask has a pleasant, refreshing scent and doesn't dry out my skin. After just three uses, my freckles have faded significantly, with only a few now visible! As for my acne scars, they faded almost instantly after one use! I can't believe this product, has honestly changed my opinions on masks forever! I don't normally leave reviews, but these results warranted one.

The final verdict is my skin feels sofft breathable and I look and feel 10 yrs younger. Took all the stress away from my skin

It is quite a 'shocking' bright yellow (and I did alarm the postman by answering the door whilst I was wearing it, lol), but colour aside it is a wonderful mask that does exactly what it says on the jar ~ brightens the skin. The product itself contains a mix of clays and exfoliating 'bits', is very easy to use, smells pleasant and leaves the skin looking brighter and more radiant with a glass-like texture. In fact my skin felt so soft and smooth that I found myself touching it at odd moments during the day. I have recommended it to friends and family when they have commented on how bright my skin was looking (it is usually quite sallow due to ill health and medication) and will be purchasing another jar when this one runs out. I thoroughly recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by 30somethingmel from I'm a huge fan of face masks but almost all I've tried break me out or make my psoriasis flare up or sore. The Bright Mask is AMAZING! Firstly it feels good as you apply it (I use a flat foundation brush). I leave it on about 10 minutes and due to its gritty texture it kind of exfoliates as you remove it. Once removed I have ZERO pores. I kid you not! My forehead, cheeks and nose pores are all gone. I've never seen a mask do that. I like to use it before a special event, then apply makeup after and I cannot fault my skin. Plus it looks brighter and so much better after. I cannot recommend this enough and will continue to purchase it again and again!

It goes on easily - the exfoliation beads were a surprise! As it dries, you can feel it getting a little tighter, but not uncomfortably so as with others I've used previously. After washing off, my face felt great, often you can feel tight and dry following a face mask but not this one. My face was smooth and felt lovely. Will definitely buy this again!

I rec'd the Yuzu, yellow one to try. Deep cleaning, it drew out impurities, lurking beneath the top layer of skin. Results being, spots on my chin and nose. I figured they'd errupt anyway, so treated them immediately with LRP Effaclair. Good as a once/twice weekly treatment.

I don't use this all over my face, just in certain areas and my skin does look a little brighter after using this mask. I think the use of multi-masking is a great idea.

The price is great too, I'd expect to pay a lot more for this product. And it looks like I'm going to get a good few more uses out of it too! I will definitely be buying this again and can't wait to use it next.

It was easy to apply and didn't cause any discomfort while on my skin. As with most masks, it took a while to wash it all off, but my skin was left clean and soft, if a little tight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by 5arahUK from I couldn't wait to have a bath and pamper session including using the L'Oréal Pure Clay Bright mask.The first thing that stands out about the mask has to be the colour,this is because as well as containing 3 natural clays it also contains a Japanese citrus fruit called a Yuzu Lemon which gives the mask its vibrant yellow colour which I actually discovered really does help to brighten your skin leaving it looking and feeling refreshed.The Yuzu Lemon also gives the mask a pleasant citrus fragrance which is uplifting and awakening.This mask is perfect for giving your skin that 'pick me up' that we all need from time to time.The jar says it contains 10 applications which from my usage so far it looks about right.

My skin feels more even and clean and my pores look smaller due to the exfoliating properties but still it is hydrated. It has a good price and it will last me for at least 10 applications. All in all a very good product. I deffinetely recommend it
