I have sensitive eyes and this Mascara is gentle, soft and great to build up without clogging. Does not feel thick or heavy on the eye lashes and creates a very natural. Easy to remove with a eye makeup remover. x

Waterproof not for me!

Have always loved this mascara. If I have tried others have always come back to it. However, I recently tried the waterproof version as thought it would not transfer onto skin but it is actually worse. I have black smudges above and below eyes within an hour. I will return to the non waterproof version but even that one smudges slightly under the eye.

I usually don't spend this much money on a mascara but I got this as a free gift with purchase when buying some other L'Oreal products. I manage to get mascara on my eyelid every time I use this, no matter how careful I am. It doesn't smudge on me and is very long lasting. My eyelashes do look long but they really clump together. It is also really difficult to remove even with a dedicated waterproof eye makeup remover. I won't repurchase and do not recommend.

Hands down the WORST mascara I’ve used! From someone who gets compliments on my eyelashes as they are naturally long, I always wear mascara and have tried many brands. This mascara was so clumpy, made my lashes cluster together, couldn’t even separate with tweezers, still looked horrendous. Felt like a 14 year old in 2011 again with caked spider looking lashes! Safe to say it came straight off and my old mascara on until I can order a different one. Really disappointed as the reviews looked promising.

I bought this a day ago, and was rather cheap only about £11-12 which is really good price for the quality of the mascara. I definitely recommend especially if you have long lashes but they’re thin. The mascara doesn’t make them chunky but definitely exaggerates the length of your lashes and makes them stand out. I’ve had quite of few different mascaras over the years and this one is the best so far. Will definitely repurchase when I run out.

Bought this one by mistake. It has a very skinny brush and hold loads of mascara which clogs on the eyelashes. I do like L'Oreal mascara and should have purchased the L'Oreal Paris Mascara, False Lash Telescopic Mascara, with a smudge proof silicone brush. An expensive mistake as I won't use this one I bought.

This telescopic mascara from L'Oréal was my favourite for years always way better than high end mascara Unfortunately the formula has changed and it's no longer the great mascara that it used to be for that reason I wouldn't purchase again What has happened to L'Oréal it used to be really good The iconic best natural mauve lipliner was another fantastic buy and it's gone to the dogs also as they have added a horrible shimmer and pencil is half the thickness near impossible to pare it Won't be buying that either again

It seems more like a cheap mascara rather than a mid range based on it also giving panda eyes after a couple of hours wear.

And my natural lashes have taken a hit, they have become stumpy and sore, purely from trying to take this off. I use mascara daily have done since I was 12 and my lashes were naturally long and healthy. This product clumps my lashes together and is so weighty on them. Good if you want to enhance your lashes whilst damaging your natural ones to stumps.

The bristles on the brush are not long enough to comb and separate the lash as it’s applying the product causing it to apply in one massive blob, it was crumbling as I applied it, the lashes are not defined and not lengthened. This applies like a very cheap mascara from the late 90’s and I can’t see it working for anyone it is horrendous. I’ve just bought it and I know some formulas improve once being opened for a week but this feels like a few months old already and because the brush is so bad it won’t get any better. On a Boots related issue please can you ensure that all make up products are fully sealed unless they’re testers please, this was one of a few mascaras that was sealed I am being forced to buy off the internet because I’ve seen people doing a full face of make up with non-testers and it’s incredibly unhygienic.

So when I bought new one, I had no idea they've changed the formula. I knew, just after first application, there was something wrong with it. I use the sky high one normally but it’s a bit hard to remove so I wanted to try this. However, it was really flaky and flaked off around my eyelids throughout the day. Then when I tried to take it off there was black all around my eyes and it wouldn’t budge! It took so much scrubbing and product to get it off and I feel like I still didn’t get it all off after that. I am really upset about this, I wish I didn’t pay this much for such a poor product.

I don’t normally rate the skinny plastic wands but this one can get right to the roots and grabs even the smallest lashes. It takes a bit of getting used to if you are more familiar with the classic mascara wands but once mastered it is pretty easy to use. The formula itself I find neither too dry or wet. Once applied it dried quickly and didn’t leave my lashes feeling crispy or stiff at all, the result was lovely long and soft lashes. I also didn’t have any issues with clumpiness when applying my usual 2 coats. This might be an unpopular opinion but I rate this formula highly over the maybelline sky high mascara which I found to be quite dry, the lengthening is underwhelming and doesn’t layer well without looking unnaturally clumpy and thick (on me anyway). The only positive I had with the maybelline one is it didn’t not irritate my sensitive eyes so I will see how it goes with this L’Oreal one as I’ve only just started using it..if it doesn’t irritate my eyes then it’s defo a keeper! Hope this review is somewhat useful! :)

It is a really flexible brush and a wet formula which glides over the lashes right from the root. They never look clumpy and you can just layer more coats almost infinitley with no clumping. No itching eyes from bits crumbling off like with tubing mascaras. Please never discontinue!

The brush bristles are so small and hard it seemed kind of pointless them being there. It transferred around my lid after a few hours wear and then was difficult to remove. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone as I won’t be wearing it again.

After a few weeks when the product has dried out a bit, fans out the lashes perfectly natural. Unfortubately, very hard to take off: HAVE TO use an eye mu remover
