How can a day moisturiser contain no SPF. Just assumed it would. So dumb. What a waste of money. Protection from sun is completely proven to slow aging.

This is day cream but as soon as you put It on, if you touch your face it will peel / rub off straight away. Therefore I can't put my makeup on afterwards. Pretty useless really as I'm guessing if it rubs off it's not soaking Into my skin! Very disappointed. See pictures.

Leaves a rubbery residue on skin surface

Oh dear, not enjoying this face cream. I’m in the intended age bracket for this product. I don’t have sensitive skin, yet this cream makes my face red and blotchy. It also leaves a thick rubbery residue which remains on the surface of the skin. This residue is still there toward the end of the day & can be rubbed/peels off.

I bought this thinking the 45 referred to its SPF. I see lots of people have done this. Very tricky labelling- with potentially dangerous outcome. Needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency.

Just bought revitalift hydrating day cream for 40 +. Assumed it would contain spf as obviously this is crucial. No leaflet in packaging. Have spent ages trying to find the info online. Now discover here it doesn’t. Not impressed. Would not have bought if I’d known.

I bought this cream assuming it would have SPF. It wasn't until I was in the sun and my face got sunburnt that I realised it didn't. Completely my fault for not checking however how can a day face cream not have sunscreen??? Will not buy any products from L'Oréal again!!

Have used L'oréal face creams for years. Always with am SPF 15 in it. Most important ingredient in it for anti ageing of the skin as far as I'm concerned.
Yet this cream hasn't so it would only be any good to use during winter. Very disappointed.

This cream is not suitable to use during the day as it has no SPF, the single most important wrinkle prevention ingredient, especially if you're over 45, you really can not afford not to use a sunscreen.

I received this cream on my Birthday, how apt. My skin is not that dry, at first I thought this was going to leave me shiny and greasy, how wrong, it is thick and creamy yet not heavy; the cream soaks in and did not leave a greasy shine, it felt smooth and silky. I have used L'Oreal wrinkle Expert cream for 4 weeks, Would I buy or recommend this product to others? yes I would.

Reached the age now where reducing wrinkles would be no bad thing, so I was pleased to be able to try this L’Oréal Paris Wrinkle Expert Anti-Wrinkle Firming Cream 45+. It looks good, smells good, feels good and spreads well. Not too greasy and thick, nor too runny, but with the body you need to apply a dollop via finger to face. Only gave it 4 stars as I was surprised that it didn't have an SPF rating. I would normally expect this in a day cream, so in sunny weather I had to double up. After nearly 4 weeks has it reduced my wrinkles and firmed my skin??? Not as far as I can see. I did take some before and after photos but decided not to reveal close ups of my crinkly upper lip to the whole world!

I'll be honest, I don't usually use face creams. However, that will change after trying this product. The cream absorbed easily and my skin feels softer and firmer after only a couple of week's usage.

This face cream has a great fragrance and a smooth sliky texture, its not too rich for my skin either so no break outs. I've used this every day for the last 4 weeks and am pleased to say that my skin appears to be smoother, firmer and the fine lines are even finer. I'm really pleased with the results and would consider buying this product again and will recommend it to my sister who is a similar age.

The first thing I noticed when I opened this was the lovely fresh smell! Not overpowering but pretty uplifting.
This cream has a lovely rich texture and leaves your skin feeling noticeably softer and brighter even after the first use.
I'm 48 and have a wrinkle or two.. After using for a few weeks I feel my skin is brighter and I'm pretty sure the wrinkles around my mouth are less noticeable.
My only slight criticism is that this is just a bit too rich for my combination skin. It would suit someone with a drier skin perfectly. That said- I would still recommend this cream and will use till the pot is finished as I'm confident results will get even better!

I haven't used any face cream for years so I was expecting to feel a bit "suffocated"...NOT the case at all! A pleasant smelling, light cream that was easily absorbed. I also used a bit each day on my neck and collar-bone area, as I felt that things were getting a bit turkey-like. I didn't expect anything really but a number of colleagues commented on how well and relaxed I was looking :-)
A great product that I intend to carry on using!

Absolutely love this product. I was a bit worried at first as I have very oily skin and was afraid this may overload my face. However, how wrong could I be! Its lovely, rich and creamy when you put it on and I didn't feel my skin was excessively oily after using it. Its still early days yet but I am really happy. My skin feels so soft and supple. Would highly recommend this product, especially if you suffer from dry skin, as it makes your skin feel hydrated.
