Hydra Power Men Expert Hydra Power Shower Gel

This product left me underwhelmed. Don't get me wrong, if it's on the supermarket shelves at the right price, I may buy it. But I've used cheaper brands of shower gel before that left me feeling cleaner and more refreshed. As for fragrance, there was none! Bad shower times with this product.

I am trying the L'Oreal hydra power shower gel as a bzzagent. I would highly recommend as a new shower gel as it has a strong smell, is refreshing and makes your body feel moisturised. It is thick and lathers well. I will consider buying this in the shops and trying different flavours.

Wonderful product I got FREE from BzzAgent! A good sized bottle, Lathers up very well so should last longer than other products. You are still able to smell it throughout the day. I'll definitely be getting more of this.

Thanks to L'Oréal Paris, I was lucky enough to try their Hydra Power shower gel. it foams nicely, producing a thick lather that cleans well. A nice masculine fragrance comes through but not overpowering as to interfere with your chosen scent later on. As to the hydrating power, it left my skin softer than before I used it. And an added bonus, after the hot weather we've had I was a little sunburnt. This really helped and helped my skin take back some moisture. All in all a product I'll definitely use again and I've told my friends it's well worth a look too!

After 2 weeks of using this product that I received free from L'Oreal it has become my go to shower gel from now on. I feel clean immediately after using it and still feel fresh hours after. The fragrance of the product is masculine without being overpowering, I went yesterday to buy some more but was disappointed its not in the shops yet, A great product thank you.

I'm quite fussy when it comes to shower gels which is why I was happy to receive a free bottle from L'Oreal a brand I've not preciously used. To start with the bottle is very masculine and feels good to to hold. However the actual gel/contents are very runny and opening it with the lid facing down; so you can easily squeeze some into your hand means it starts to drip out of the bottle straight away onto the shower floor before I could get my hand under it. Which means it needs to be turned upside down first, not a big deal I guess but an issue for me. Once in use it lathers up well but I did find I had to use more than I do from my normal shower gel to get the same coverage which was disappointing. One thing I did notice which I found surprising was I could still detect the smell many hours later.

Got this free gift a couple of weeks ago and have been using it ever since. A little goes a long way and still have loads left . smells great and leave me feeling fresh all day long. Never used this brand before but would definitely use again.

In my opinion this shower gel in great not only the first impression of a bottle give you a cool feeling effect but also its really cool to use aswell. Sunday been the hottest day of the year so far I used the shower gel after a busy day in sun and BBQ. After using the gel I had that cool and refreshing feeling. Gel has a nice scent that took the smell of BBQ smoke away. Great thing about the gel is for head face and body so one bottle does the job rather then first use shampoo then face wash and then shower gel. One thing I have notice after cleaning hair with this gel its gives the same softness and shine that any shampoo would give. Bottle design is nice and it feels in hands a man's shower product nice grip to hold and easy to open with wet hands. Overall I'm very much satisfied with the product and would recommend this to any one who would like to have a nice and relaxing feeling after a busy day.

Must say this free gift from loreal men expect has lasted alot longer than expected not even halfway through the bottle and I like to use a lot of shower gel. Overall I rate the product highly smells great makes the skin feel amazing. No moisture is lost from this product all in all it would be a great buy for anyone

Having received a free full size L'Oreal hydra power shower gel from a Bzz Agent campaign. I was generally pleased with the size of the bottle. The bottle itself is a big manly size bottle making you feel that you get plenty for your money if you were to purchase the product. The shower gel itself didn't have any over powering smells like other brands. The texture was silky smooth and seemed to glide over the skin. It spreads well but doesn't lather up as much as I was expecting if at all really. So you kind of lose that cleanliness feel that you get when shower gelsget all bubbly as you rub it into your skin. Overall, I did feel clean and was pleased with the sample I received. Would it make me switch to it from my other brands....No. But I would try out some of the rest of the range. I just didn't feel this one was right for me. Definitely worth a try, so would recommend you atleast try it for yourself.

The product Is very good. Smells nice and leaves you feeling refreshed and energised for the day a head.

I am loving using my free L'Oreal men shower gel Hydra Power. In the past when using other brands i get used to smell and sometimes don't feel fresh from them but with L'Oreal Hydra Power shower gel i feel refreshed, skin feels alive and feeling cleaner than it usually does and with that not too powerfull woody fragrance scent thats like heaven to the nose. through out night at work, no matter how hard i am working my skin still feels fresh and clean. all i can say is try it and feel the change to your skin from L'Oreal men expert Hydra Power shower gel

I recieved this product from L’Oreal Paris and have been using it for about it a week now. Before trying the product I was somewhat sceptical as I suffer from sensitive skin so was not sure if this shower gel would agree with me. I have had no issues at all with this product and in fact really like it. It has a great scent, lathers well, leaves skin feeling great and not dry. Looking forward to trying others products in this range and will definitely use this again.

Firstly, I've never used any of L'Oreal's products before. When I was a child I remember this brand being (one of many) no doubt that tested on animals and because I was aware of this, I stayed clear (purely out of principle). I recent years I have noticed it on the shelves but I used to think the branding looked a little old fashioned. My opinions have changed a lot since receiving this product. The packaging stood out a lot as do L'Oreals other products in this range with the vibrant colour and a shape that seems to suggest value for money which is always nice. My first impressions were the smell, it was so refreshing! and unlike other shower gels I've used was not greasy upon application - this is a good thing believe me! When I applied the product in the shower it really did build up a fantastic lather that made me feel a smell super clean. It also states on the bottle that it can be used as a hair wash too and that did not let itself down one bit! Hours after coming out of the shower the wife said she could still smell it on me and she loved it too! This is a quality product and I can honestly say that as long as the pricing structure is fair, I most definitely will be buying this product again or maybe I'll try one of the other ranges - all good decisions to be made. I tried the product over the course of this past week. I really liked the shape of the packaging; blocky but with contours to make it easily manageable with wet hands in the shower. I used this exclusively to replace my shampoo and body wash for the week and the results were encouraging. I typically have a dry forehead and I have noticed this lessening over the week. The first wash wasn't overly pleasant as it feels oily but I got used to that and with a little extra time rinsing, it seemed to deal with that. If you have dry skin and are looking for a cost effective way to wash body and hair while getting a hydration boost for your skin, I'd recommend this. I should note however, that I was using palmer's Body butter on top of this as a daily moisturiser. I still noted that I need less of it as a result of the hydration effect I got from this product.

I tried the L'Oreal Men Expert Shower Gel Hydra Power and what a refreshing shower gel it was. This is the first time I have tried such a product and I love it. I have used various other shower gels in the past but this one seemed different, it felt different!! Lathering up with this gel was a dream, unlike other gels where the bubble do not last, this one was thick and creamy. Just a pea sized amount on the sponge and this was ready to go. It was refreshing and certainly woke me up on a morning when others just made me feel clean. It has a long lasting aroma that you can smell on your body throughout the day. I am already looking forward to trying the other flavours once this one runs out. The bottle was nice and bulky and also nice and square so fits perfectly in the soap with the other products and does not roll around or fall down every time its moved. The flip cap was easy to operate even with wet hands. I will definitely be recommending this product to my friends and I will go on buying the product from now on. I quite enjoy writing a review about something mundane like shower gel, especially free shower gel from BzzAgent, and even more so when the product give you a nice easy hook. The bottle talks about being powered by Mountain Water. I'm not sure what that even means. I've never felt the need to have my shower gel powered in any way. It sounds painful. I suppose it's a way to conjure up the refreshing image of taking a shower under a mountain waterfall in your mind ... which sort of works. Though hopefully a bit warmer. The smell, doesn't help though. I'd expect a mountain stream to smell clean, light, fresh and zingy ... whereas this smells a bit heavy and musky and more like getting showered in a dark, warm spa ... therefore ruining that mountain stream image completely. As a shower gel, however, I am actually quite impressed. It foams well, cleans well and although it's not a mountain fresh smell, it's not horrible either. Most importantly the moisturisation aspect seems to actually work. I've had a few shower gels drying out the skin on my legs recently, leaving them really annoyingly itchy - this doesn't seem to do that, which is brilliant. So overall this seem like a good shower gel, that does all the things you want from a shower gel, and seems to keep your skin nice and moist. It does however, loose points for the OTT marketing hyperbole and smell that doesn't match that hyperbole.

Got this free from L'Oréal to try and give an honest review. Im using it daily and so far so good really cannot complain nor fault anything. Works like a charm and feels good on the skin :)

after trying this i was ready to change for good it is one of the best 3in1 i have used,some i have uesd in the past was not a good chose for a 3in1. bean buzzing about it and had to buy more .

The hydra power is quite a thick shower gel. It has a gentle and fresh scent and lathers up nicely. The packaging is vibrant and very obviously L'Oréal. However my one criticism is that the gel is to hick so even a gentle squeeze produces a lot of gel. I got this as a free gift from L'Oréal and would consider buying it again.

I usually buy supermarket own brand shower gel, so was a bit unsure of a new product (I thought, this is probably all hype...!) So, first day using the free sample from L'Oreal I thought 'here we go'. Using just a small amount (around 1/2 as much as I'd use of the supermarket brand) I quickly worked up a lather - it smelt clean (as you'd expect!) and left both my hair and body feeling and smelling really fresh. It felt like a quality product, not just some cheap showergel! The fresh smell stayed with me all day too! I got many comments (from my wife) saying how good I smelt. Which is a good sign in any book... I would definitely recommend this - and will be buying some when my sample runs out (which will be some time I think, as you don't need much!)

I really liked the scent of this product. It helped to produce a good clean feeling. My skin felt hydrated after. It was my first time using a Loreal product and I have to say I was impressed. The only criticism would be that I would have liked the lid to be a bit better. I would prefer to have to squeeze the bottle to save it all just pouring out of its own accord. Overall I do like the product though and I would recommend it.

I have never used a Loreal shower gel before but I was pleasantly surprised. I like the scent that product had. I was left feeling nice and clean. It worked very nicely. The only downfall was the nozzle outlet. I would have preferred if you would have to squeeze it a little for the product to come out. I found all I had to do was open the lid and it all came flying out. Overall a nice product, however I feel the packaging could do with a little improvement. I would recommend this product to family and friends.

Many thanks L'Oreal for sending me the FREE Hydra Power, a lovely clensing wash for hair and body, I have tried this a few times now, it is sooooo refreshing, every time I have a shower I ignore the other bottles and go for the Expert Shower Gel.

L'Oreal sent me a free bottle of Men Expert Shower Gel, It had a manly sent of woodiness which left me feeling fresh and clean. The gel was thin and runny but I did like this product and like the fact that it can also be used as a shampoo which meant I only have to carry one bottle when visiting the gym or going away for the night.

L,Oreal sent me a bottle of Hydra Power shower gel it also combined as a shampoo. The gel had a masculine woody fragrance, which made me feel clean and fresh. Fantastic that comes in one bottle as a shampoo and shower gel which means I do not have to take up extra room by taking 2 bottles when going away for the night.

Having used several mens shower gels or all in ones, its hard to find one that is just right, Not anymore, I'm amazed at how little you have to use to get results. the scent lasts on the skin and I often find after several hours I can still smell the Hydra Power working, it cleans better than any other all in one or gel I've used before and it lathers up really well. I know L'Oreal are known for good products, but I must say they surpassed themselves with this one, it will be a new additional in my household once my sample has finished and I will never go back to my old Gel

This was my first trial, so I was quite excited to try it, and I was not disappointed! Just came back from a run, straight into the shower with the Hydra power shower gel. Decent sized bottle, put it onto my "Scrubby Poof" and away I went! First thing I noticed was there was a lot of lather, I scrubbed my body twice all over (and I am 6ft 2"!). Nice smell, I will check if it lasts "24 hrs". Very good product I would get it again, but it would be price sensitive.

I came in from work and my L'OREAL Hydra power wash had arrived so thought no time like the present, the smell was like a nice woody aftershave and it lathered up fantastic it said could be used for body/face/hair so I've used all over and wow! I smell amazing and my skin is so soft and creamy. Hydra power will definitely be my new wash and is fantastic for anyone who suffers from dry skin. If I had any negatives it would be the soap can drip out the bottle easy if top is open but I really can't fault this product!

Got this product for free to try... I have used other brands similar to this before hand and whilst they have been great for the body they have been not so great for the face and hair. Usually my scalp is left flaky but with this it has not... I am now flake free. It has helped with the tightness of my skin and the smell has lasted all day! I have never been one to stick to a certain brand I usually get what's on sale but I am so pleased with this product I believe I am now converted and will definitely use again.
