Bought this after reading other reviews however am very disappointed. Came out very thick and clumpy - made an absolute mess of my eyelashes; desperately trying to separate them using a different brush and also a safety pin! One star given for the waterproof element which removes easily with Nivea Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover. Sadly will not be buying again.

Definitely waterproof but hard to remove!

This mascara definitely works as a waterproof product as described. It is smudge and transfer proof all day but because of this it is actually pretty tricky to remove and I had to use a harsher eye make up remover with it which isn't ideal for me.

Really is a big deal!

Love love this mascara and it is what it says a big deal! It makes my lashes look super long and the brush really glides and helps to separate my lashes from one another giving a fan effect looking like falsies.

Really is waterproof!

This product is amazing for the waterproof qualities, it really does stay put. Needed quite a few applications to get a more visible look, just one or two coats gives a very natural look. A decent eye make up remover is needed, as it is tough to remove I found the oil cleanser I use worked really well, better than traditional eye make up removers l.

Paradise Big deal waterproof mascara

Simple way to achieve dramatic results using this waterproof big deal paradise mascara. Few strokes of the wand and your lashes are transformed. Very resistant. I would love the wand to be slightly improved so that’s the only reason I mark it as 3* but recommend to others!

Bought this after a run of bad mascaras left me feeling like my oily lids just can't hack mascara. Great volume, amazing length and colour. With proper prep (eye primer and powder) there are no marks on my face, even after a sweaty day out!! Brush gets every single lash. Would recommend to anyone!!

I bought this yesterday and I’m already so happy with it I really love this mascara! It gives my lashes amazing volume and length, and it holds up beautifully throughout the day without smudging or flaking. My lashes look so full and dramatic — it’s honestly one of the best I’ve tried.
The only downside is that it can clump a little if you’re not careful during application. I’ve found that wiping off the excess product from the wand before using it really helps with that.
Overall, it’s a fantastic mascara and totally worth it if you’re looking for bold, eye-catching lashes with just a bit of extra attention to application.
Left eye is after, right eye is before mascara :)

I really liked this mascara. It was easy to apply and I liked the brush. It coated my lashes well and lengthened then without making them look clumpy or catching my eyelid. It is also easy to remove when washing your face.

I love this mascara. It’s got a fantastic wand as separates the lashes perfectly. I love that it doesn’t clump. It elongates the lashes beautifully and serves it’s purpose perfectly as a waterproof mascara

I wasn’t sure about this to start but it looks so good on. Stays on for a while and easy to use. I do prefer a pencil but this is changing my mind as it is just foolproof and easy to use. Love it so so much!

Really like this mascara, its great for building thicker lashes..the wand is good too, it doesnt pick up too much product, so if you like a more natural look, this wand is perfect..the only downside of this mascara, is that it takes forever to take off..

Lives up to the hype

I really like this mascara. The applicator is a good size, not too chunky like some others, this makes it easier as a left handed person to apply to my right eye. It lasts all day and had very little smudging

One of the best waterproof mascaras I’ve tried. Lengths my lashes, holds a curl and gives volume without looking clumpy.

Really nice mascara

I really liked this mascara. First of all it made my lashes look so nice and full and it also they looked nice and long too. The mascara is a very nice and dark black unlike some others. I also go to Aqua aerobics and it stood up to being splashed in the face.

Really great mascara. This ticks all boxes for me. You can layer it up for a more dramatic look or keep it natural with just a coat. Lived up to its waterproof-ness but easily removed with micellar water. I have fairly sensitive eyes in summer with hayfever too and this didn’t cause any irritation. The scent isn’t too strong either. Great mascara and I’ll definitely repurchase!

Good mascara

I’ve got love/hate relationship with waterproof mascaras. They are great when you’re swimming or you simply need your mascara to last a lot longer. But I hate removing it after. This is a nice mascara but it did flake a little bit on a hot day.

No need for false lashes with this amazing mascara it really is a big deal. From just one coat it works amazingly and two coats really transforms my lashes. This has become a favourite of mines which I use refuse now

The brush bristles are really good at separating lashes while applying this mascara. It's easy to build up with 2 or 3 coats of needed. There was no smudging or flaking during the day which included some hiking and body combat. Easy to remove with my usual micellar cleanser at bed time.

Favourite waterproof mascara

I tested both this mascara and the Waterproof Telescopic Mascara at the same time, one on each eye for fairness! The Paradise Big Deal Waterproof Mascara was definitely the winner. The shape and lift it gave my lashes was amazing. After a few hours I washed my face with just water to test the waterproof element. The lashes with Big Deal on mostly kept their bounce and the mascara did not run. I will say it took a little bit extra cleansing to remove but for a waterproof mascara that actually works, I really don't mind!

Waterproof, easy to use & remove

The formula was good, it was definitely waterproof and remained on even after a few tears. The tube is quite thick but fitted fine in my portable makeup bag I take out with me. The formula was good too, not too tough to remove with eye makeup remover or an oil based cleanser. The wand wasn't;t as tapered at the end as I prefer, but thats a personal thing. It worked perfectly well and didn't smudge so no complaints really

Disappointing

Looked nice on my lashes, gives good definition and length. Unfortunately I found it had fallout under the eyes during the day. Whilst it doesn’t run when it gets wet, the smudging under the eyes gets much worse, so I wouldn’t class it as waterproof. I brought it on holiday with me as it was a waterproof mascara and was very disappointed.

Buildable Mascara

I really enjoy using this mascara. It goes on really smoothly and is not heavy, but it is buildable so I can dial it up if I want. I find the brush really easy to use, as I sometimes struggle with big brushes as I have to apply without my glasses.
