Usage

It’s really good so far. Looking forward to see if my lashes get thicker. I use castor oil in general on my lashes and it makes such a difference when am constant.

I didn't get on with this. It does clump and it sticks lashes together, nice brush but not good product. At the end of the day it had mostly worn away. I ditched it for my favourite Estee Lauder Sumptious Extreme. I guess you get what you pay for!

Thick, clumpy and hard to apply

I bought this from Boots recently when they didn't stock my favourite Nyx mascara. It is so thick and clumpy, it made me look like a clown. It also stained my upper lids where my lashes touched them. I've used it three or four times and gone and found my Nyx mascara elsewhere.

Far and away the best mascara I have tried, beating any of the more pricey options. I have long lashes but they aren’t as thick as I would like and this really helps add volume. The old school bristle brush is a plus and it’s quite a thick texture so one coat will see you right for the day.

So disappointed in this product. It’s a big deal when I buy beauty products.Attracted to the advertising of it being for sensitive skin. When first put on it was clumpy, as if it was an old product that needed renewing, by the end of the day I had rubbed my eyes because of the product crumbling and looked like a panda. Bought on Tuesday, continued for three days then gave up. I have never written a product review before, but felt so disappointed.

I have sensitive eyes so thought spending extra on a mascara that was for sensitive eyes that would enable me to wear mascara that wouldn’t cause me discomfort would be great. This was not the case in my experience and it was no different than the mascara l had been using which was not labelled as being for sensitive eyes. This mascara still caused eye watering and stinging sensation in my eyes. It was clumpy on opening it and so not a good look. So in my opinion save your money and don’t bother with this.

The finished effect is lovely, but in smells so bad, why does a mascara need a fragrance in it , it also has palm oil in it , I got as a free gift with my advanced night repair serum, I would not buy, for the ingredients, perfume and palm oil , do better L’Oréal

I love this mascara. I’d recently bought another brand’s offer at being the latest volume drug store mascara and it was awful. This on the other hand is the holy grail of mascaras. The length and blackness is fab. And the brush shape makes it so easy

Purchased this having read good reviews for it in a 'Best Mascara 2023) article online. Its a nice product and applies easily but with a thicker finish that some other mascaras. Main criticism of it and why I haven't scored it higher is because it 'sheds' and by the end of the day has worn onto my lower eyelid giving a panda eyed look. Not terrible but probably wouldn't buy again.

I always switch mascaras and I never have issues with them smudging but this one is terrible! I don’t even put any on my lower lashes but still end up with panda eyes just from the top lashes. Very disappointed bad formulation.

Thick and Gunky - Not my idea of Paradise

I bought this about a month ago and disliked it almost immediately. The mascara is incredibly thick and gunky and I've had to scrape it off the brush before being able to use it. I thought, at first, that it was because it was new and would settle down but the opposite is true. I persevered for a month to avoid having to throw it away and effectively waste my money but this morning I couldn't stand it any more and have thrown it in the bin. Hugely disappointing give the reliability of other L'Oreal products.

I usually get the Maybelline sky high mascara and this l’oréal one doesn’t really compare.

I’m all for saving time and being super efficient so this is a brill idea. Nice mascara too, light but very nice to use and gave good black lashes

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sree from Love this mascara I am a contact lens wearer and have sensitive eyes. A lot of mascaras don't suit me but this one is a keeper. I have been using this for the last 2 years (its my 7th tube). Really love the way it kind of elongates my lashes. Most mascaras dry my eyes and lashes. I'm not sure if it is the oils in this (even though its far down the ingredients list), but my lashes feel healthy even after I remove the mascara.

Even when I don't prep or curl my lashes it still provides me with good volume and curl. I've repurchased this a few times because I am that obsessed with it. I do wish this same formula was made with a thinner brush just for my lower lashes but overall I can't complain.

I have real trouble trying to find good mascara that doesn’t clump or flake off after wearing it for a few hours, but this one finally seems to fit the bill! A lovely consistency and easy to apply. Doesn’t smudge or wipe off. Not waterproof but doesn’t run. I really liked this mascara!

This one unfortunately, although it does not irritate and comes off with face soap and water alone, is terrible for application. I need to use a previous mascara wand immediately afterwards to distribute mascara and define lashes.
