This conditioner forms the third step of the Bond Repair haircare routine. Hair is made up of millions of bonds that give it structure and strength. When hair bonds break through brushing, bleaching, heating, and styling, hair becomes weak and damaged. For the first time, our formula powered by Citric Acid Complex targets damaged hair. Hair is restored to its original strength¹. Up to 98% less breakage, 90% more shine & 82% stronger hair². Suitable for all types of damaged hair.

Usage

After using the Bond Repair Rescue Pre-Shampoo and Shampoo, apply from lengths to tips. Leave on for three minutes, then rinse. Follow with the Bond Repair Leave-In Serum. For optimal results use the Bond Repair Pre-Shampoo + Bond Repair Shampoo before.

Warning: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly.

Big Improvement

I have been using the pink L'Oréal Elvive for over a year but my hair was looking lacklustre and there was some damage. This shampoo (and conditioner) seem to have improved my hair a lot.

Fantastic product. I also use the pre-shampoo conditioner and the shampoo in this range. I have to say that my 60 year old hair has not looked or felt this good for many years. It is soft, shiny, thick and bouncy. Using the three products leaves my hair in such good shape that I don't even need to use my straighteners any more.

Bond repair

Had a bleach bath and 2 attempts at haircolouring. Left my hair burnt and frizzed up. Absolutley horrendous. This product has made a huge difference. Using the prewash, shampoo, conditioner and leave in serum. So thankful it is making a difference to my very damaged hair bonds.

Massive hair loss within 2 weeks

Don't normally feel the need to leave reviews on here, but I have to warn people. I got the full set of this pre-shampoo, shampoo and conditioner two weeks ago, and using it in that time (once every three days or so) I've lost so much hair that I can see my scalp through it. Sounds like I'm in the minority, but googling the problem I found the same reports on reddit and other forums. Do your research before you buy. Have now binned it all and set an appointment with the GP. Stay away, it's not worth the gamble.

This conditioner leaves my hair really soft, shiny and manageable. I rarely have any knots after using it. It does weight my fine hair down a bit, even if I just use it on the ends. The smell is great and lasts all day.

I used it as a set with another products from this line. This product doing its job. It have a nice smell,good thick texture. Hair looks really better with it. For me it was only one problem that my hair getting greasy faster than usual.

Less breakage!

I have fine straight shoulder length hair, and I regularly dye my hair. My hair due to middle age and colour treatments is very fragile, and I’ve noticed a lot of breakage. I’ve tried multiple intensive and infamous “bonding” hair conditioners, including the infamous Olaplex to fix my hair breakage. I only picked up this new Elvive hair conditioner as it was on offer in Boots, and WOW I was super impressed. Less breakage, which is very noticeable - less broken hair strands on my pillow, clothes etc. and as I have dark hair it’s noticeable like dog hair lol! You do have to leave it on for the full time as directed, and in fact I leave it on for a little longer. I’ve not tried the whole Elvive Bond Repair range, just this conditioner, and now tempted to try the entire range

So some background… I’m 45, in perimenopause, have a toddler and a teenager and all of sudden my hair and skin are starting to reflect how exhausted I am inside. I have just below chin length, highlighted hair which until recently I thought was in good condition. A couple of weeks ago I’ve noticed that the top layer of my hair has literally snapped off to about 6 inches long. Other people can’t notice, but of course I do. So I’ve been looking for something reasonably priced to try and this popped up. I can say it has made a real difference to my hair, of course the broken bits are still broken but overall it looks in great condition. It looks fuller, healthier and this is only after 2 washes. So yes I 100% recommend. Go ahead and buy while it’s half price!

I would of given 5star however it does seem to strip colour from my hair alot! But the averall results ae worth it and better than the alternative premium brand on the market in my opinion

I thought it was quite creamy and detangled my hair well, but I haven’t noticed anything spectacular in terms of frizz reduction or my hair being less dry. I have only used it twice and I might get different results with longer use. My hair is colour-treated, long and thick and quite dry and fluffy when left to it’s own devices.

As I love L'Oreal products, I decided to take advantage of a well-known store's 3for2 offer and buy both products. As with all L'Oreal hair products, I was more than happy with the results. As usual, my hair appeared smooth, shiny and super-conditioned. However, this range is quite a bit more expensive and I did not feel that it performed any better than the cheaper ones, which is why I only awarded 4 stars. It's still an excellent conditioner but I could not justify the price difference.

My hair felt stronger, softer & more nourished. I found that as I ran the conditioner through my hair that I had alot less hair coming off on my hands & when I dried my hair, again alot less hair on my brush. Overall a fabulous product I will certainly be buying again.
