The infallible precision felt eyeliner provides intense and precise colour pay-off with it's precise 0.4mm brush tip, for bold color strokes that hold for up to 27H. It's flexible felt tip and fluid ink flow allows for total control on every stroke. Rub-proof, transfer-proof and waterproof, the infallible micro-fine eyeliner keeps up with you. With four different shades to fit all eye colours, visible on all skin tones
Usage
Remove the cap, and carefully glide the eyeliner along your upper lash line, staying as close to the lash line. Stick with a thin line if you’re after a subtle, lash thickening effect. If you’d rather have a bolder look, or want to add a wing, repeat this process until you have your desired width.

I have tried many eyeliners but it was always almost impossible for me to achieve perfect shape. This eyeliner is easy to use and apply. It las all day but is easy to wash of with micellar water. The felt tip is great.

When I first opened this product I thought WOW. The tip was super, something I personally look for in a liquid eyeliner to help with precision during application. Then I used it and thought WOW again. The colour pay off is amazing a really nice and deep black. My only flag would be that it bleeds a little into fine lines.

Well, what can I say? It’s exactly what you’d expect quality wise from the L’Oreal product. It works well as it should. It stays put all day doesn’t smudge easily and it’s completely within most people’s budget.

Super thin/thick pigmented wing..

Great eyeliner!! Love how narrow the tip is so it gives a precise, sharp line. Has a ultra-fine felt tip so you can draw both thin natural lines and dramatic wings, so its so easy to use. The colour pay-off is amazing, it is really dark and pigmented so no need to go over it again, and it lasts all day.

Easy to use and lasts!

I love this eyeliner - I’ve found it’s really easy to use, it glides on and any mistakes I’ve been able to clean up easily, but honestly it rarely happens. The result is really dark and pigmented so no need to go over it again, and it lasts all day. As someone who isn’t great at doing eyeliner I am really impressed

Felt Tip Eyeliner

This is a great eyeliner! So precise - I have tried liquid eyeliners before but found them to be messy with there being too much eyeliner getting applied and having to remove and reapply or just not using. However this is great - the applicator is so fine you can really control how much is being applied. It didn’t irritate my eyes and stayed put - so no panda eyes!

Very impressed with this liner!

I'm always wary when I try a new eyeliner as I have hooded eyes and so many I have used will transfer to my upper lid. This liner went on easily and due to the tip was very precise to draw with. It dried quickly and was a bold, matte black. I wore it all day and it didn't move, there was no transfer, no smudging, no fading. It's rare I find a good eyeliner that ticks all these boxes so I will definitely continue to buy this product when it runs out. I would definitely recommend this liner especially if like me you have hooded eyes, it's amazing!

This product has quickly become a go-to in my makeup bag. The felt-tip is super easy to control, so even on mornings when I’m in a rush I can draw a smooth line without it dragging or skipping. The black is nice and rich, and it stays put pretty well through the day without smudging. It’s great for both simple everyday looks and a sharper wing when I want something bolder. A very nice eyeliner pen that I found easy to use as it feels like a proper pen and is very precise whe putting on. It was a good, dark shade of black and I really liked the packaging too, I did, however, find that it smudged a little when I rubbed my eye, which is understandable but I am overable very happy with this product

The eyeliner is easy to use and the precision tip makes for very fine and precise lines, The tip is quite flexible and soft and the ink quite liquid and doesn’t dry down too quickly. It leaves a glossy deep black finish once it has dried down.
I like how it looked immediately after application but unfortunately it didn’t last very long and started to fade and slightly migrate after about 4 hours.

Sharp and precise

My face looks incorrect without my signature winged eyeliner so even if I wear no other makeup I wear eyeliner. This has such a sharp tip to it the shape making is foolproof but it's also jet black with no fade or bleed even through 15hrs of wear!

This is really easy to use. The nib is very fine and precise. You do t need to use a lot of pressure to use it and you can apply a thin or slightly thicker line. The pigment is really good and it looks fabulous.

Brilliant precision eyeliner. Easy to apply and has a very fine tip so precise application is easy. Amazingly this eyeliner does not smudge or move at all. It stays in place and does not rub off on the eyelid. It looks the same at the end of the day as it did when applied. Excellent product.

This has got to be the quickest and easiest way to get winged eyes. The pen tip is a sharp point, and it has just enough give in it to draw a thin black line effortlessly over my eyelids. Getting the right angle on both sides is so simple, and the liner lasts all day.

L'Oreal make the best liners by far, the are so good. The staying power is second to none and last moat of the day. Leaving no smudges or dark marks. Just the effect and look you want. Last ages too, and don't cause irritation either.

I love the concept of this eyeliner but unfortunatley it's not for me. I like the idea of the felt tip with clean lines when you dont want a smokey look, however it doesnt work so well in my. Not sure if it's due to my skin tone or skin type. In the plus side, it stays on and doesnt smudge so gpotentially great on someone else.

This is the first felt tip type liner I have tried and actually liked. Usually I find them messy and don’t give great lines. This one has a lovely tip that glides on smoothly and I can actually get a straight line and winged effect. It also doesn’t budge when on.

This eyeliner is brilliant. I was struggling to find one that would stay on my oily eyelids. This won’t budge. A million times better than Kat Von D’s and much cheaper. Also very pigmented!Best eyeliner ever ! Stays with you all day, doesn’t transfer (unless you put looooots an eyeshadow underneath)… number 1! days the person who uses eyeliners for over 15 years… and affordable price is such a bonus

Really fine eyeliner that makes it easier to get the effect that you want. Dries straight away, so doesn't smudge and washes off easily with water or remover. I like that the nib is quite long so that I can sweep it across my lid to save time.

Fine tip eyes

Trying the New Loreal Haute Precision felt tip eyeliner I’m so impressed. The tip is lovely and fine making it so easy to line your eyes with think or thin strokes. This is something I have struggled with using a pencil in the past . It drys very quickly and lasted all evening with out smudging. It is also waterproof. This really is the best eye liner I have used
