Going in the bin

Awful. I usually love L’Oréal but this mascara is sticky, clumpy and comes off in little bits when worn yet hard to actually remove.
I will stick to my usual L’Oréal product and this one is for the bin.

This is the worst mascara I have ever worn. It feels wet and heavy on my eyelashes. When I cried and wiped my eyes it came off in clumps all over my face. Extremely disappointed. Total waste of money.

I bought this yesterday and it's awful. Feels wet and heavy on my eyelashes. When I cried and wiped my eyes clumps of it smudged all over my face. Would not recommend whatsoever, very disappointed.

I was so excited to use this mascrca but I was left disappointed. My eyelashes only hold a curl with waterproof mascara. This mascara barely held my curl. It's VERY clumpy. I put 1 coat on and all of my lashes stick to eachother. When I take it off it has little clumps coming out which got into my eye. Don't recommend

I have only used this a few times but it is truly awful. It flakes onto cheeks and is not waterproof. One tear will produce flakes. It also has gone clumpy after only a couple of uses. Very disappointed.

One of l’oréal’s better waterproof mascaras, doesn’t clump or flake. Lashes look longer and thicker without fibres and doesn’t irritate my eyes, only think that I don’t love is a slightly odd smell/scent

Mascara is my thing and I was looking forward to trying this one. It’s so bad. Eyelashes look clumpy and short and when washing my hair, the mascara literally fell off my eyelashes with the bits resting under my eyes. Used it once, never again

Had read some good reviews and was looking for a product that would be more smudge proof in the summer heat.
Application was a little clumpy, but didn’t smudge too badly during the day.
However, I noticed in the evening that it was flakey. On closer inspection I could see some of my eyelashes were matted into the flakes of mascara.
I would not use again and now waiting for my lashes to grow back.

This is BRILL stuff… doesn’t run AT ALL. I’ve spent a fortune trying to find one that is actually waterproof and doesn’t run. You might getting a little flake at the end of 14 hour shift - but I can cope with that. On third purchase

Bought this as I wanted w waterproof mascara and my favourite one was discontinued oh joy and I'm so disappointed in it.It gives brill build up and thickens your lashes and the length is amazing but it comes off your lashes like chewing gum when wet. I'm so disappointed as need a waterproof mascara as it lasts the longest for my long shifts but this when you try to wash off comes off in clumps and feels like chewing gum so disappointed L'Oréal.

Good points: it doesn't clump & it looks natural if you only want a light coating.
However, here are the bad points: hold on to your hats...
It flakes after just a few hours of wear.
Doesn't hold a curl, even when I curl them before application.
It doesn't thicken them unless you apply multiple coats (if you do this it will, in fact, become clumpy).
The brush is a terrible shape, and the mascara comes out with a blob on the end which you have to scrape off every time.
Despite being a tubing mascara, it doesn't actually come off particularly easily, even with very warm water & a soft cloth. I previously another brand of tubing mascara which was a dream to remove, sadly discontinued.

This is another overrated mascara for no specific reason other than perhaps its convenient tube. It clumps lashes and it doesn't curl them..For a waterproof mascara, it should do at least this task. If you have very straight, difficult to curl lashes, forget this one. I also found it irritates my eyes a little. Waste of money..

I bought this to try as I’m on the look out for a new mascara. Sadly, it was very disappointing. Sticky, uncomfortable and frequently smudged throughout the day! I have so far worn it twice but won’t be bothering again - I’ve never had to remove a mascara before the end of the day due to the above.

Gives good coverage, but how do you get the stuff off? I have tried my usual eye makeup removed that takes off all other brands of mascara (waterproof or not) but the stuff won’t budge! I’ll stick with Miss Magna or Maybeline mascara in future.

Flakey and disappointing

This mascara goes on well, the lashes are defined and separate, adds a little length without going overboard. Sadly about an hour or two later, there are bits and pieces flaking off all over the place, looking very messy. Yes it comes off easily - but I like a mascara to stay put until I want to take it off! Won't purchase again.

As a tubing mascara my experience is that I can use them without any worries of smudging and transfer. This failed on both. A shame, as I liked the initial depth of colour and volume. Will not be repurchasing.

Really good level of pigment which stays black right to the end of the day. Great volume in just a few coats. There was no clumping and the mascara was easily buildable. No loose flakes at the end of the day. Really easy to remove without feeling like my eyelashes were coming out with it! Love it!

Gives my lashes lovely definition that’s very “every-day-wear”, not dramatic for more intense looks. However, for me, the true mark of a good waterproof mascara (apart from actually withstanding water) is how well it holds a curl, and this one just unfortunately doesn’t.

i usually use the paradise extatic waterproof mascara also from l’oréal but i much perfer this one! it’s so easy to remove you wouldn’t think you were taking off waterproof mascara! it also makes me lashes look as good as ever

This mascara doesn't do much for me. I love the wand so thought it would apply really well, but the consistency is too dry and I feel like it doesn't get enough product on my lashes to make a difference to them. They look slightly darker after use but that's about it.

I love it soooooo much whenever i wear this mascara ...it make my lashes longer and volumized .... i have sensitive eyes and i m glad it doesnt irritate my eyes and i get compliments too that how thick my lashes r looking

Personally I wasn't a fan of this mascara, didn't find it volumised or defined my lashes. Didn't really see much of a difference and also found it was quite smudgy at the end of the day. Wouldn't buy again.

I love this product. It's easy to apply with its big cushioned brush, it not only gives great volume but lengthens too. It's a non smudge waterproof mascara but is easily removed with warm water, I find it doesn't damage my lashes like some waterproof mascaras do when they are hard to remove .

Luscious lashes

My eye lashes look fuller and longer. They didn't clump up. Love the style of the bottle too. Highly recommend this mascara. The wand is a great shape to get the lashes at the perfect angle. Love that its water proof too
