Usage
Begin with clean eyebrows and start where your brows are more sparse. Apply in upwards motions to create hair-like strokes. Blend it in with the spoolie. To set your eyebrows, apply Brow Artist Plump and Set.

Easy to apply

My usual eyebrow pencil was not in stock so I decided to try this one. On the plus side it’s easy to apply and has a fine point so you can mimic individual hairs. I got the brunette colour and it is a little darker than I like so I try to apply it with a light touch.

I have tried a number of brow sticks, and this one works as it covers well.Though i have to use quite a bit due to the fact that i have thin brows! And it comes in a variety of colours.

Fine liner requires no sharpening.

I have no eyebrows left now, so this is good for drawing them in. A good shade of blonde. Very fine point that doesn't need sharpening. Lasts mostly all day but rubs off a bit. Goes on smoothly eith no waxy bits.

Devastated... I used the silver style pencil for years and loved it, the shade blonde 101 was so perfect as I found other brands added too much yellow or orange pigment and this was so natural, easy to apply and lasted all day. When I recently went to boots I couldn't find it anywhere... Turns out it's been rebranded so me being naive bought the new one (casing now black) in the shade blonde 7.0 thinking it would be the same... It's not, it's not as creamy and the shade is nowhere near the same.

I used the Skinny Definer Brow Artist pencil for 6+ years. Came to repurchase, only to find this new "rebrand", I figured it would be the same but they have changed the formula. If you loved the one in the silver pencil like I did, don't waste your money on this like me. The new formula is far too creamy, bordering on greasy. The claim of "24 hour wear"? Laughable! You might make it an hour before it smears or just plain rubs off. Compared to the previous version of this product, this wipes away instantly, gentle strokes appear as if applied with a heavy hand and yet somehow lack deep pigment (Shade: Ebony), no crisp lines to be found. L'Oreal Paris really missed the mark with this, I'll be switching brands.

104 Chatain - product no longer exists

FYI - it seems some the shades and names of the shades have changed and Boots have not updated their website to reflect this. I ordered 104 Chatain and was sent 6.32 Auburn. The Auburn is slightly more red/warm in colour than the Chatain shade
Boots should have updated their website - after receiving the product and then researching I found out via a competitor website that L'Oreal have removed some of the shades of this product and created new shades.

New shade colours??

I buy the shade dark brown however the recent changes to the product (the black packaging rather than the usual grey) has meant that the shade colour has also changed. The colour is now more orange toned like the shade ‘brunette’ and is therefore not the correct colour for my brows anymore!

This is the best eyebrow definer that I have ever used for my sparse, thinning brows, Because it has a tiny tip it is possible to mimic the eyebrows and fill them in very easily. does not smear and the effect is natural looking finish

Great for thicker brows

This is a really good eyebrow product especially for the price. This styler is really easy to use and delivered great results, though personally, I do get on better with ultra fine stylers. With age my eyebrows are a touch more sparse than they used to be. If you have naturally thicker brows then I think this is an ideal styler to use.

Although I should have picked a slightly different shade (my fault!) I like this item. Loving the retractable pencil. Nice and soft yet still performs a defined brow, which I love. Silky feeling but still long lasting - love it!

This is probably the best eyebrow make up I've used, long lasting easy to use lasts all day and night and makes my eyesbrows look natural. Loved it took me from day to night with no problems easy to remove and didn't run or smudge

Skinny Definer Precision Retractable Brow Pencil

When they say skinny, they mean skinny. This perfectly compact Eyebrow pencil is absolutely amazing at filling in sparse brows. The colour itself is pigmented enough that you can clearly see where you've applied it but once you go over it with the spoolie on the end, it Blends the colour perfectly into your natural brows, helping them to look fuller, fluffier or more defined (depending on your preference). I've had a HG (Holy Grail) Eyebrow liner for well over 10 years but after trying this and seeing how natural it looks, it has taken its place in my makeup bag. (plus the bonus is, it takes up so little space in said bag) I highly recommend this eyebrow liner for those of you who are still on the lookout for a product that helps you fake those brows and get away with it ;)

The skinny brown definer is great to fill out sparse area in the brow and gives it a natural look.The formula lasts all day and blends in perfectly with my natural black eyebrows and doesn’t make it look too harsh!

I've used my fair share of eyebrow pencils, and i have to say this is by far the best ever. It leaves such a natural, neat looking, defined brow. It's the perfect colour (i bought dark blonde for reference, and I am naturally fairy light blonde).

This product is so easy to use, I'm not as skilled as some at doing my brows but I am so pleased with the results. It goes on well and the shade matched perfectly. The spool end makes my brows look defined but natural. This is definitely one of the best brow liners I have used and I would recommend this to all, whether you're a beginner or an expert.

This eyebrow pencil is really good. Because it’s so thin you can draw on hair like strokes and it’s smudgeproof also which is great. The brush is good on the pencil too and blends in the pencil to make it look more natural.

This eyebrow pencil is great. It is goes on really easily and the slim point makes it so easy to to be precise when applying it. As someone with a few grey eyebrows now, it enabled me to get back the defined shape and the fullness I needed in my eyebrows. It’s long lasting and doesn’t smudge out of place. The colour (Dark Brunette) was perfect for me. It will be a permanent must have for my makeup bag now.

Easy to apply and it has a nice colour that blends in with my eyebrows, while also elevating their shape.
The brush not only helped me correct minor errors, but it helped blend it nicely so that it looks natural.
I've already got dark and prominent eyebrows, but this really helps define them even more and tidy up their shape.

Soft eyebrow pencil, if you have like myself been over zealous with the tweezers this is a perfect product for filling in. Because of its narrow shape compared to other pencils I’ve used you can really perfect your brow. Colour match is natural

I absolutely adore this!!!
The liner is super skinny which makes it perfect for me to control where I want to apply the product. There is absolutely no drag and the colour and texture is exactly how I want it for my Chinese colouring. Will definitely recommended.

I really liked the colour and texture of this eyebrow pencil. It is easy to appy and it looks quite natural rather than blatant drawn on eyebrows, which is a real plus. The pencil itself is slim and compact which is great for make up bags on the go. The only downside it that it does slightly smudge so if you are someone who absent mindedly touches their face (like me) , you will have to ve careful. Overall, a good product and would recommend.

I love this brow pencil! The retractable, slimline point makes it super easy to draw individual natural looking hairs so you can achieve the perfect brows. The product is the perfect colour for me and has incredible longevity. The slimline pencil is easy to hold, looks stylish and I really appreciate the addition of a spoolie. This has definitely replaced my brow pomade!

Having used the L’Oréal Brow Artist skinny defined precision retractable brow pencil for a couple of weeks I have been delighted with the product. The colour is a fantastic match to my natural brow colour and it is so easy to use.
You apply gentle hair like strokes to your brows using the retractable pencil and you can fill and define them along with being able to blend them with the spool brush on the other end fantastically with a really natural look leaving the looking en point and tasteful. They stay in place for the day without any need for regular reapplication.
For anyone looking for more natural looking eyebrows with amazing definition and colour matching I would highly recommend the product.

Totally love this. I usually get my brows tinted, but in the current situation we are in, that's a no go. Then this little beauty turned up. It's fantastic, the handy little brow brush is great, and the pencil itself is really easy to use. It goes on really easily, and makes a huge difference.
