The L’Oréal Paris Collagen Pop-Up Event

Promotional materials relating to the L'Oréal Paris ‘Collagen Pop-Up’ Bookable Event, including all information on how to reserve Bookable Event tickets ("Bookable Event Tickets") and what the Bookable Events will consist of, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Reserving Bookable Event Tickets

Bookable Event Tickets are available for registration exclusively through Eventbrite via the following link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/ up to 15 minutes before the end of each event. Please see a copy of Eventbrite's privacy policy here, which explains what personal information they collect and how they use it during the Bookable Event Ticket reservation process, and their procedures in place to protect your privacy.

General Access Ticket

2. Bookable Event Tickets

Ticket Booking & Availability

All tickets for Bookable Events must be reserved through the designated Eventbrite link located here.

Access to ticket holders is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to capacity limits. There will be a 1-in-1-out queuing system in place once the event space reaches its capacity of 34 people.

Due to the 1-in-1-out capacity management, ticket holders may experience longer wait time if the venue and queue has reached its capacity. Ticket holders are advised to arrive early or at non-peak times to avoid longer wait times.

Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address you provided during booking. This ticket grants you entry only for the specific date and time shown on the ticket for the particular Booking Event reserved.

General Access & Walk-ins

You must book a specific day and UK or Ireland location for General Access to the experience. General Access means you may enter the Booking Event you have reserved to enjoy the Collagen Pop-Up, and access to x1 beverage and 1x product prize, while stock lasts.

Walk-ins are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. L'Oréal Paris staff will do their best to grant access at the next availability, but please be prepared for a potential wait or queue.

All guests, including walk-ins, must register through Eventbrite to gain access.

Additional Terms

Further event-specific requirements may apply. These will be outlined in the Annex or on the Eventbrite page for each event and must be followed.

If you have any questions about access or event times, please speak with L'Oréal Paris staff on-site, who can be identified with shirts and jackets bearing L’Oreal Paris logo.

3. Bookable Event details

The L’Oréal Paris Collagen Pop-Up Bookable Event will take place at 7 different UK and Ireland locations over the course of 10 days between 18 March – 28 March. The dates, locations and times, are shared below (UK time).

The dates, timings, and locations of the Bookable Events forming part of the L'Oréal Paris Collagen Pop-Up Event are as specified on the Eventbrite link located here.

L'Oréal Paris reserves the right to make changes to the L'Oréal Paris Collagen Pop-Up Event program, or venue, at its discretion.

All products and equipment needed to take part at our Bookable Event will be provided by L'Oreal Paris. We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment for all attendees. Please be courteous and respectful to the L’Oréal Paris staff and your fellow Bookable Event Ticket holders.

It is your responsibility to inform the L'Oréal Paris staff onsite of any allergies or sensitivities you may have to any of the beverages or products provided at the Bookable Events. While the products used at these Bookable Events are generally well-tolerated, we encourage you to consider whether the Bookable Event is suitable for you with respect to any of your particular allergies or sensitivities.

All beverage items are subject to availability. L'Oréal reserves the right to substitute any item or experience with an alternative of equal value should technical issues or stock depletion occur.

4 Cancellation and changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the L’Oréal Paris Collagen Pop-Up Bookable Event due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, Bookable Event Ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible via email using the email address you provided at the time of purchase. We will endeavour to inform you at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event that a Bookable Event has to be cancelled or rescheduled, we will not be liable to any Bookable Event Ticket holders for any reimbursement of any resulting costs or expenses you may have already incurred in relation to travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service relating to the Bookable Event at the original or any rescheduled date, or for other form of compensation.

5 Liability

L'Oréal Paris and affiliates and partners associated with the L'Oréal Paris Collagen Pop-Up Event are not liable to the extent permissible by law for any loss, damage, or injury sustained while attending the L'Oréal Paris Collagen Pop-Up Event or otherwise in connection with attending the L'Oréal Paris Collagen Pop-Up Event.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions that is caused by an event outside our control. An event outside our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), civil disturbance, government action, or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks, travel restrictions or impossibility of the use of shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

We will not be liable or responsible for any Bookable Event Ticket issues or errors due to technical, connectivity or other problems, including, without limitation, any technical, connectivity or other issues relating to the Eventbrite platform.

We will not be liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure at all times.

6 Photography and Data Privacy

If you are not happy with your image being captured, please make this known when you arrive at the Event and we can help (e.g. you may need to wear a wristband so we can identify you). We explain how we use these images and other personal data captured at an Event in our Event Attendee and Model Privacy Policy that can be found here - loreal-uki-model-and-event-attendee-privacy-policy-december-2024.pdf. It is your responsibility to inform any companions you invite of this prior to them attending the Event.

Please note, children under 18 years of age are not permitted to attend.

7 Bag Policy

For the safety and comfort of all attendees, no bags larger than a standard-sized backpack will be permitted inside the event. All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.

8 Miscellaneous

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

ANNEX – ADDITIONAL SPECIFIC BOOKABLE EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

While specific dietary markers (e.g. Vegan, Halal) are set out below, L'Oréal cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. The Ube Collagen Latte contains fish. It is also produced in a facility that also processes: milk, soy, gluten, eggs, crustaceans, sulphites, nuts, and peanuts. Guests with severe allergies are advised to exercise caution.
