Usage

Remove the security tab and spray hair with Elnett in short bursts from about 30cm away. In case of clogging, rinse nozzle under warm water.

I have hair that - even cut on top to at least 2 inches (5cm) long - my hair just sticks up in the air! Blow drying helps to give my hair shape and flatten it enough. But - with respect, being male - using Elnett fragrance free holds my sticky up hair perfectly (all day & evening) and with no scent or smell at all. Fantastic product for me that I have been using for many year's. I tried other unfragranced brand and they all make my head itch! My only concern is that sometimes the Elnett fragrance free seems to be out of stock everywhere. Hence me ordering a number of ans of spray each time I order! I hope yhat is helpful and informative. Martin.

This is NOT fragrance free. In fact it smells absolutely awful. I now have this item I’ve used once and another unopened. What a waste of money. I regularly use Elnett hairspray and have never had issues in the past.

Good quality and good value

I have bought Elnett Unfragranced Hairspray for several decades as it had a fine sheer spray that worked well. I have been very pleased with it until recently. I could only find the Extra Strength and it proves too thick and heavy for my hair. I'll try to adapt to the ones I bought but will be on the lookout for a lighter unfragranced version.

Love this unfragranced hairspray but cannot find it in shops anymore. Boots out of stock both online and in shop for ages. Superdrug also unavailable. Any suggestions apart from Ocado L'Oréal??

Still a classic

I’ve grown up with my mum using L’Oreal Elnett hairspray and it was the first one I reached for as soon as I was old enough to be buying my own. Although I’ve experimented with others, it is always the one I know I can rely on and reach for most often. This spray has the same amazing holding power but without that distinct hairspray smell. What more could you ask for?

Not impressed!

Cannot agree with the reviews Sprayed hair all over. Walked about 1/2 Hour in moderate breeze and my hair was blowing into my face. My hairstyle had completely disappeared by the time I reached home. Did not have to brush out - hairspray had disappeared! I do not want my hair stiff as a board - but expect it to be held in place. Disappointed

I really love this hairspray, it holds all the styles in need in place all day and night. It is easily brushed out without white bits. It comes in various sizes, so large for at home and minis for nights away. Its smells really nice too. I would recommend this to all my friends.

I love Elnett hairspray, it does what it says and also brushes out easily but what I haven't enjoyed is the smell of the hairspray which always seems to linger (I'm sure it's just obvious to me but I'm aware of it!) This unfragranced was great as it gave me the same benefits as the "normal" one but without the very prominent smell!

One thing that has often scared me about hairspray is the fact that I wear wigs so I worry this product would damage them. However I was pleasantly surprised. I am unsure if I would repurchase this product but when paired with moose my curls would last all night on a night out.

Never having been a fan of elnett hairspray due to the fragrance, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It’s definitely much better than the original but still has a slightly strange smell. Apart from that the hairspray is great. Great hold and can easily be brushed out.

Ok so let’s get straight to it. I never buy hairspray from anyone else because L’Oreal just makes the best hairspray. So when I seen they had a strong hold hairspray which also didn’t really smell like hairspray I was dying to try it. I was not disappointed, held my hair in place all day and brushed out so easy. If you need hairspray pick up a tin.

Very good hold and quick drying. There is a slight (pleasant) fragrance after drying but nothing that competes with my perfume like some hairsprays. My style held all day even after wearing a woolly hat for walking the dog.

This hairspray has such strong hold without leaving my hair feeling crunchy or stiff. The spray doesn't leave my hair feeling chalky or sticky and the product can easily be combed out. It's great for when I add curls or waves to my hair as the style lasts all day but my hair still has a natural bounce to it.

This hairspray has a great hol and keeps styles in place all day without the, looking too rigid. The spray is a fine mist so is easily sprayed quickly over your style. I like the fact that it has no fragrance as I'm not keen on the usual smell. I also like that you can brush your hair to start again with your style.

I, however, have never taken to the smell and so reluctantly have not used this spray in years. Until this new 'unfragranced' one came on the market and it's like meeting up with an old friend! Firstly there is a slight smell but it disappears quickly. I have type 3B curly hair, which is fine and prone to frizz. On the day I tried this hairspray it was drizzly out so I sprayed most of my hair, apart from the fringe, after being out for an hour I came home and the fringe was frizzed (as I expected) but the rest of my hair looked almost the same as when I went out, just damp. What surprised me most was where my hair had absorbed the rain it was not sticky which is what I would have expected with hairspray on it, instead I was able to scrunch my hair back to perfect curls again. This is now my must have hair product and I am very happy to recommend it.
