Usage

STEP 1 – BEFORE COLOURING: Remember to be colour safe and always do your patch test 48 hours before use, even if you have already used colouring products before. Please follow the instruction leaflet and read the safety information.

STEP 2 – PREP: Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on the gloves. Open the colouring bottle and pour it entirely into the developer bottle. Close with the applicator tip and shake it to obtain a completely even mixture. Twist off the applicator tip immediately to avoid bursting and damage from the product overflowing.

STEP 3 – APPLY COLOUR: Part your hair into small, even sections and apply the colour. Refer to instructions for development time. Apply conditioner and then rinse thoroughly.

This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16.TEMPORARY “BLACK HENNA” TATTOOS MAY INCREASE YOUR RISK OF ALLERGY.

Do not colour your hair if:
• you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp
• you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair
• you have experienced a reaction to a temporary “black henna” tattoo in the past

IGNORING AN ALLERGY CAN BE LIFE-THREATENING.
You must conduct an ALLERGY ALERT TEST 48 hours before each time you colour even if you have already used colouring products before. So remember to buy the product 48 hours in advance. (Read and follow the instruction leaflet). In case of any reaction or when in doubt consult a doctor before using any hair colour product. “Developer” contains hydrogen peroxide. “Hair colourant”contains: phenylenediamines, phenylenediamines (toluenediamines), resorcinol, ammonia
• Wear the gloves supplied in the box.
• Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows.
• Rinse the eyes immediately and thoroughly if the product comes into contact with them.
• Rinse hair well after application.

Wait at least 2 weeks after using a relaxer, a perm or a straightening process on the hair. Do not use if your hair has been coloured with henna or with a progressive hair colourant. Keep out of reach of children.

I have always used Excellence but am going to try something new after today's disaster. My hair is so dark that it's almost black. It's too dark for my skin tone. Going to have to wash it 10 times tonight.

DOES NOT ALIGN WIHT COLOR ANNOUCED!

I am sorry but this share was supposed to be an universal brown when it is NOT. The finish is more similar to very-very dark brown/almost black. The palette naming should definite be revised because it is extremely disappointing and will take some time to get back to my usual color. I should have read the reviews before opting by testing a new brand supposedly expected to be more natural and complexion flattering. It definitely is NOT. It makes your complexion look more dull, the face factions harder and it ages you. Please be honest honest about the true shade and stop laying to people. I am not the first one stating the same, so this should have already been revised. Won't buy again for sure!

Lightened my already blonde hair

I used this product today hoping it would cool down my slightly warm roots and darken my faded hair to a dark blonde. I would say it has toned down the warmth however my hair is even lighter than before with the ends in one section about a level 9 ash blonde now and the rest a level 8 at best, further away from my goal of matching my previously dyed hair to my natural dark blonde

This was my favorite, 7U. I had tons of compliments and it didn’t pull dark like 7N does. I am so upset they’re no longer selling this color.
