I think the formula has changed

This used to be amazing-super hydrating, thicker and last for days. It used to leave skin super soft. I don’t know whether over the years of using it (habit if I find something that works I stick with it) my skin has got used to it but it is still really dry just when you wash it removes a slimy layer. It’s very runny now but is easily absorbed making it great for time saving. I would say that this is now a moisturiser for average skin rather than dry. Overall it would have been a 5star review in the past but just this last week I have decided to purchase a different moisturiser as this is no good for me anymore.

I love,love,love this lotion. I have very dry skin and It is quick to absorb and leaves my skin feeling so soft and smooth and nourished. I have noticed on my elbows especially, often dry, red and sore, a fantastic improvement to soft and smooth areas.

This is a light textured lotion that moistures the skin beautifully. It sinks into the skin and doesn’t leave it feeling greasy at all. My skin is feeling and looking good and the smell is gorgeous.

Recipe/Ingredients Change?

I have been using this product for many years and loved it as it had such a Rich lather that gave a unique shower/shaving experience.
The last two bottles that I have used (just in case it was a one off) have lost its Rich Lather as if the product has been watered down.
What has happened to this once No1 product?

Same bottle different product

Used to love this shower gel, awful now, reading the back of different bottles there's 3 different numbered ingredients but the same bottle with different products in. Just a cheap shower gel now. 74412516 ingredients recipe is much preferred.

This used to be the best shower gel I’d ever used, I used to recommend it to everyone but not anymore.
It’s changed to a bog standard home brand shower gel.
Please change it back.

Change of ingredients

This used to be the best shower gel out there. I used to get it all the time and it was perfect. I just bought several to keep me stocked up for a while but the ingredients have clearly changed!
It doesn't lather up as well and doesn't last as long. You have to use 3 times as much to wash than you did before. It's use as a shave cream is also worsened now by this ingredient change.
I will be taking my 2 other bottles back to the store for a refund.

swollen eyes

I used this 5 in 1 at the weekend and after an hour my eyes became really itchy and another 30 minutes later they had swollen up to the point severe puffiness completely around my eyes - it took 2 days for them to settle down

Something has changed!?

This shower gel was by by far best I've used last few years but last few I've bought just aren't right something has changed the product dramatically. It not longer lathers up like before and so much goes to waste. Its that bad I will no longer buy this shower gel until I hear things have changed for the better. I feel company are making this product with cheaper or fewer ingredients...well it will backfire on you with less units sold!

Definitely different ‘recipe’ to usual, does not lather as well and feels like there’s too much moisturiser in it. Supermarket price has suspiciously fallen, now cheap for a reason.

Change of ingredients

I've used this for bodywash for two years now and in the last two/three months there has been a notable difference. Its changed from a 5 star to a 1 star. I have recommended the old one plenty of times and will not be doing so ever again. What's happened?

Nice Smell, But not great

I've been using this for the past month now and must say some of the other ones in the L'Oreal range are better. This one smells nice but the texture is very thick and doesn't lather as well as the other washes in the L'Oreal range.
