The remover itself is great but the shape of the bottle is awfull. When applying it to a makeup pad it goes everywhere. I will not be buying it again until they change the shape of the bottle.

I've been using this eye make up for years. It's so gentle on your eyes. And I have sensitive eyes. It removes eye make up really easily. Love it! Wouldn't use anything else. The only problem is I can't seem to find it in the stores. So have to buy in bulk orders online.

This is really good as I have sensitive eyes and am careful what I use. I needed something to really take off my eye make up without pulling the skin. This does the job really well and I haven't had any problem with it. Quite oily so very little is needed so it goes a long way too. Great stuff

This product works the same as a top of the range one I used to use at 4 times the price. I have sensitive eyes as well and have experienced no problems using this. It removed all waterproof mascara, including one I have which is tricky to move. I would definitely recommend this product. It does what it says it does, good for sensitive eyes and a great price.

Love this product. It's the only eye makeup remover that really works with only light rubbing. I wear a lot of waterproof mascara.

I tend to wear waterproof mascaras and always find it difficult to remove but this is great. For best results I soak the cotton wool and then hold over my eye for a few seconds then simply wipe away, few sweeps and it's all gone. No more rubbing or sore eye area. It's also great for removing a lip stain.

I bought this product with high hopes - but it was a complete waste of money and I threw it away after two uses. It's absolutely useless! doesn't remove mascara, eyebrow gel, or any discernible foundation, just left a really greasy film on my skin. Also, the dispenser is really bad - it dribbles everywhere and just makes a mess. I regret buying this product.

Simply the best make-up remover ever! I've tried different brands and style but non can beat this one. It desolves even waterproof make-up, there's no need to rub so it's very gentle. I have sensitive eyes and skin around so for me it's perfect. Some say it's a little bit oily, but I really don't mind as it protects my eyes and the oil will also nourish my skin. I highly recommend to everyone!

This is the best one comparing to Vipacil from Lancome brand. It is perfect for my sensitive skin and removes perfectly my waterproof-strong eye makeup. it doesn't cause any skin problem around my eyes too. This remover is really gentle and mild but powerful to clean my makeup.

I have used this product for some years now and have found it an excellent product to remove my waterproof mascara and other long lasting eye make-up. I wear contact lenses and find this product safe to use, none greasy and cleanses with little effort. I personally would be lost without this product in my beauty bag.

Dont really like having to keep shaking the bottle(it quickly separates again). it is gentle and non greasy but I was a bit disappointed as it does take a bit of rubbing to remove my waterproof mascara. It may be that it is a particularly stubborn mascara , I don't know . I think I will try a different product next time.

One of my favourite make up removers. I wear a waterproof mascara and long wear foundation and have no problem with washing My make up off in the evening. Wipes off everything leaving skin soft clean and without greasy layer. Doesn't irritate my eyes. Both phases mix easily and evenly and product seem to settle to the same ratio and to the very last drop it didn't loose its qualities. Delicately scented. I highly recommend it.

I have always used shops own brands of eye make-up remover despite being a lotions and potions addict. Why? Because they do exactly what they say on the tin - no frills, no false promises just effective make-up removers. For some reason I decided to "upgrade" my eye make-up remover and came across this. What a mistake!! Firstly you have to sit for sooooo long with a soaked pad over your eye whilst it starts to break down the make-up (and we're not talking waterproof or even multiple layers of mascara here). Then you wipe and wipe and wipe whilst trying not to drag the delicate skin around the eye. Look in the mirror and there's still a way to go. So you blink your eyelashes over the pad repeatedly trying to get the mascara off. Look in the mirror - urgh black bits everywhere. I'm losing the will to live by this point. How much time do people have to spend taking their eye make-up off? And to add insult to injury it's quite drying to the eye area so gives you dehydration lines if you don't use a hefty amount of eye cream afterwards. Seriously, life is too short for rubbish products like this. Sure, it removes eye make-up like it promises but takes too long. Take my advice, buy the Boots own brand of eye make-up remover and save yourself a lot of time and money!

this is by far the best eye makeup remover on the high street!! I don't need to rub and tug my eyes to remove waterproof mascara, It`s quite gentle and soothing on the delicate eye area!! It reminds me of Clinique "take the day off" eye makeup remover, but 3 times cheaper! I love it, and will continue to purchase it!!

I have quite sensitive skin especially around my eye area and so have to be careful with any products I use. I have been using this remover for a few days now and have noticed no ill-affects. This product is really great, removes waterproof eye makeup extremely well and I find I am left with little if no residue right at my lashline (which other more expensive brands have had trouble removing). The product is non greasy but you must shake really well to mix the two parts, I quite like the oily factor in removers however, as I have quite dry skin, but this is not drying at all. Really great product at a really great price.

I usually only buy eye makeup removers based on what is on special. I use makeup / mascara pretty much everyday so go through remover quickly. However I recently started wearing waterproof eye products to stop all the embarassing smudges at the end of the day. Good news for me, bad news for trying to remove them at the end of the day. My other eye makeup remover was not working so I went into Boots to find something that claimed to be strong enough to remove waterproof products, but gentle because I wear contact lenses and don't want anything that irritates my eyes ... all for a reasonable price! Sounded like too much to asked for until I found this. It really is AMAZING. Where other products failed, this removed the mascara as if it wasn't waterproof at all. Others would remove my eye shadow fine, but left the mascara, this removed both in a few light wipes. It is non greasy, didn't sting or irritate my eyes and for all that, I think it's excellent value for money. I won't be using anything else from now on - this is my staple eye makeup remover product! And for someone who loves using new and different products as much as I do that is saying a lot!!

This is the only eye makeup remover I have found which actually works. It takes off waterproof mascara easily with the minimum of rubbing and does not irritate my eyes. All other removers I have tried fail to get mascara off even with a lot of rubbing! The ones which call themselves 'gentle' just do not work. This is the best of them all!

Decided to try this as I had reviews that said it was essentially the same as another far more expensive high end product. This is an excellent eye make up remover and yes I found it is comparable to the high end one, it removes even 24 hour wear gel eyeliner (when used on a cotton bud) and removes eye shadow and mascara really quickly and effectively. Being half oil based it does blur my vision slighlty and as I do have super sensitive eyes it does sting a little if I don't rinse it off immediately. However, for the price difference compared to the high end one, it's worth having to rinse off immediately and rinse my eye out a bit after use. Would buy again.
