Works well on low porosity, wavy hair!

Conditioner to match no longer available
Rating given because you can no longer buy the conditioner with this shampoo. I have used this shampoo and the conditioner to match for as long as I can remember I am very disappointed that the shampoo is available but the conditioner no longer is. I have no idea what I will do .

Unused to love the combination of the thickening shampoo AND conditioner but it now seems that the conditioner has been discontinued.
For anyone with fine hair, thickening conditioner seems quite hard to come by. I am so disappointed that I can no longer buy the conditioner which I've been using for years.

Great thickening product
I have always loved this range and this shampoo really makes my hair feel bonded and thicker. It’s crazy how different my hair always looks when using this gives it so much volume too and the thickness is so noticeable.

Love it
It’s a great product. I never liked the L’Oréal hair products for hair washing as it made me hair dull and heavy but this is brilliant. I love the feeling it gives my hair and how healthy it now looks compared to other products.

Bit disappointed
I bought the shampoo and conditioner, I have been using it for two months whilst it does thicken my hair, unfortunately, it tangles it quite badly so even with a detangling brush hair still comes out quite a lot. I will try another one such as full resist or bond repair and hope it works.

I tried Fibrology Thickening Shampoo, and I’m happy with the results. It gives my hair a fuller, thicker feel without making it heavy or greasy. After a few washes, I noticed more volume and body, which is exactly what I was looking for. The scent is fresh and long-lasting, and the formula lathers well, leaving my hair feeling clean and refreshed. I like that it does not leave hair feeling heavy. This Shampoo gives noticeable thickness as promised and I am happily with results therefore I would recommend it to my friends.

Great for thin hair
Makes hair feel thicker instantly after washing. My hair is already thick, but after using this it felt even fuller, I think it would be great for thinner hairs and it doesnt feel sticky like other shampoos.

This was passed immediately to a friend as I have coarse dense hair and want no more of it, but my friend who has fine thin hair wasn’t happy with her current routine of other easily accessed drugstore products?
She immediately got on with this and said while obviously not a medicated product. It definitely gave the illusion and feel of thicker hair which in turn boosted her confidence.

I think this is my favourite of the L’Oreal shampoos I’ve tried so far! Smells incredible and the smell lasts for days. Hair feels so much smoother and thicker after using and leaves hair so shiney. I’d really love to try the complete set.

I have used L’Oréal Evive Fibrology shampoo for over a month and I can notice a difference in my hair. They are thicker and looks more healthier. Price is affordable and it was great to see this product on offer in Boots . I will definitely stock up!

Fibrology Thickening Shampoo
This is a thick shampoo, making it very easy to apply and requiring very little product for full hair coverage. It has a mild but lovely fragrance - I prefer this to a very strong one. I have very fine hair and have not been using this shampoo for long but feel like I am starting to see the results. Hopefully the next few weeks will increase this thickening process.

I’ve been using the Fibrology Shampoo for a few weeks now, and I’m amazed by the results! This shampoo works wonders for giving my hair volume and thickness. I have fine, flat hair, and after using Fibrology, my hair feels fuller and looks much more voluminous.

A new favourite in the Elvive range.
Another great product in the Elvive range of shampoos and conditioners. This shampoo didn’t weigh down my hair, it left it feeling deeply nourished and healthier. I am a big fan of the whole Elvive range and this is a new favourite.

Big fan of the elvive range! After just one use my normally fine and thin hair definitely felt thicker and after 3 uses there seemed to be a noticeable difference in the thickness of my hair! Smelt lovely too!

Good shampoo
My hair is very thin and suffering from postpartum hair loss. I did try using this for a while but didn’t see much of a difference in my hair. Shampoo in itself is good, smells really nice and is very moisturising however personally didn’t see much if a difference in my hair

Too heavy for me.
This shampoo might be better for people with a lot thinner hair than me. I have sections of hair thinner than others which felt fuller but it was too much for the rest of my hair. Using matching conditioner might help.

Has a pleasant smell that isn’t too over powering. A little goes a long way here and it’s easy to get a nice lather going and is easy to rinse out. Didn’t weigh down my fine hair and it was left clean, soft and shiny.

My hair is drastically thin and I find if I don't wash it every other day it becomes very limp and lifeless. I wanted to try this shampoo to see if it could help to give me a lift and I was pleased with the results. You only need a small amount as it creates a thick lather that left my hair feeling strong and looking fuller.

Great for fine/limp hair
After losing my hair to chemotherapy it grew back very fine and limp which made it difficult to style and I was very self-conscious. This fibrology shampoo has really improved my hair texture, making it so much easier for me to control. As a bonus it also has a lovely fragrance and makes it a pleasure to wash my hair.

A new concept in a shampoo, this does what it says although my hair is quite thick but it still looked fuller after use. It lathers well and left my hair feeling soft and clean, it has a delicate smell and definitely worth trying if thinning hair is a problem.

Fibrology Shampoo
I purposely got this for my hubby. Although he is of pensionable age he still has a decent amount of hair, albeit being thin and wispy. Have to admit I didn’t hold much hope to seeing any difference but I have to say wow! Even after the first use I could see a noticeable improvement in his hair. It did appear thicker and not so wispy. He will certainly keep on using it - thank you L’Oréal.

Hair feels and looks great

My daughter has very fine hair which just flops about and has no body to it. I’ve got her using this shampoo and it seems to work really well. She loves the scent and the texture and her hair does definitely look thicker and not as lank. I’d definitely recommend giving this a go if you want thicker looking hair.

Fibrology Shampoo
I've used this shampoo in the past and always found it good. I'm not sure if this is a new formula/release but found when I do have my extensions in this really does make my hair look fuller. I've finer hair now in perimenopause and it's something I've become quite conscious of, but this really does seem to help without weighing it down. I will say I don't use this when my extensions are in as it dries them out too much, but when I have my tape ins applied this is great.

Thick creamy shampoo, I live in a hot water area but found the shampoo lathered up really well and I didn’t have to use much like I normally do with other shampoos It left my hair feeling squeaky clean and had a really nice shine to it.

Shinier, bouncier and thicker
This shampoo has a luxurious lather as you apply it, and smells pretty good too. I have only used it three times since it arrived, but already I would say my hair does feel thicker. It certainly gives volume, and boosts my fairly fine hair.

I have used many of l'oreal hair products and I know when they all giving. I suffer from alopecia and my hair are really thin. This has helped my hair to thicken a bit. In few months I will see the huge difference. If your hair is thin or fine, I recommend to try.

L’Oréal really do the best shampoo and conditioners on the high street in my opinion. I normally use a high end shampoo and conditioner but I got this shampoo to try out. The first thing that surprised me was how moisturised my hair felt, I wasn’t expecting such a difference from a high street product. The next thing I was surprised by was the scent, it smells amazing and I could even smell it a few days later (and I’ve had compliments too) my hair was manageable, soft & shiny after using so I’m very happy
