Was using ‘gimme cosmetics’ for years and suffered so much hair loss - swapped to this and my hair is softer, shinier and much better condition. Hardly any hair loss when I wash it now. Will never go back and only use this going forward. I have dryer curly hair, my curls look better and it’s really smooth when I straighten it now.

The absolute worst

Very negative experience!! I've used the tiniest amount to test and it looks like I've put gel on my hair, but in a dirty way, like I haven't washed my hair for weeks. To add insult to the injury, I've tried brushing it out and now my hair is scrunchy. Envious of those who had better luck than me as the price point is fantastic, but it's a big no from me.

I brought this item 2 weeks ago and I had really dry ends from this lockdown and now my hair feels really healthy and the split ends are starting to be less visible

I use this on damp hair after washing, I have long hair so use about a 10p blob worth to start with. It leaves my hair soft and less tangled which helps reduce damage but haven’t noticed much improvement to split ends.

This is such an amazing product, which I can highly recommend 100%.It leaves your hair, soft, shiny & frizz free. I have spent a fortune on expensive products to reduce frizz & nothing works like this.

Used to smell incredible, but I think they changed the formula because it doesn’t smell the same anymore. Still works in making hair shiny and soft and reduces frizz. Absolutely miss the old formulations scent though!

I love this! So versatile, I don't really like wash out hair conditioner as I find it leaves my hair a bit flat so this leave-in formula really works for me. I find a little goes a long way just working through the ends. I have also used it on dry hair to tame flyaways

This product is NOT a leave-in conditioner, rather a temporary fix to smoothen the appearance of split ends (it does this very well). If you get it into your roots it will dry sticky and greasy.

Revolutionised my fine flyaway fuzzy when ate is damp or humid hair. Extremely impressed - can be used even drying hair with a hairdryer but also works if I leave to air dry and run straighteners through when dry - just to leave a step out of using appliances on my hair. It’s starting to grow again as I have new hair growth showing. It’s taken about 18 months for that but the condition of my hair improved within one bottles use. I highly recommend.

I apply it to wet haid before drying with hairdryer and it leaves my hair straight, soft and shiny. I wash my hair in the evening, dry it and sleep on it, which also helps. You can use it on dry hair as well, which i do sometimes if my hair gets a bit frizzy after a couple of days. One downside is it doesn't protect from moisture, so in wet weather my hair got its usual super big and frizzy. Still, I would recommend to try it and will be buying again

Rated 5 out of 5 by Elly from Best hair product ever! This seems to be aimed at people with long hair so I was unsure about using it despite recommendations. My hair is above shoulder length and I was careful to massage the bottom three or four inches. Ends have always tended to be dry, but roots greasy, conditioner usually is too heavy. This wonder water is brilliant, hair felt really silky, even a grey streak about an inch wide that is a law to itself.

Rated 2 out of 5 by holl from it’s okay i started buying this shampoo around 2-3 months ago. i would not recommend this shampoo if you are trying to get rid of dandruff as this shampoo has only caused me to have a lot of dandruff in my hair. i do also believe that this product made my hair stay not greasy for around 3-4 days before my hair needs washing again. i have suffered quite bad dandruff from this product and would not recommend if you have a dry scalp.
