Terms and Conditions for the L'Oréal Paris Glass Skin Campaign Shoot Competition


By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions"). Promotional materials relating to the Competition, including all information on how to enter the Competition, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such promotion materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Entry

Eligibility:
Entrants must:
  • be resident in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland;
  • be aged 18+;
  • operate as a social influencer;
  • have internet access and either a TikTok or Instagram account;
  • be available to attend a campaign shoot in the United Kingdom during Spring/Summer 2026, at such a venue and on such date as the Promoter shall notify the winners of in advance (the "L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot");
  • be willing to be filmed for a new L'Oréal Paris "Glass Skin" advertising campaign which may be used by the Promoter on its social media platforms as the Promoter determines at its sole discretion (the "Campaign"); and
  • sign a model release form in advance, granting the Promoter the right to use their image and likeness in connection with the Campaign (see model release form here
  • The entrants' TikTok or Instagram account privacy settings must be set to public in order for the Promoter to retrieve their post(s).
  • All winners agree to fully cooperate with all professionals appointed by or on behalf of the Promoter for the purposes of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot and to comply with any and all instructions of such professionals as well as of the Promoter.

How To Enter Requirements:
  • Take a photo or video of a product flat-lay (showing your L'Oréal Paris Glass Skin Mask and Liquid Cream) or glazed skin look (showing you using your L'Oréal Paris Glass Skin Mask and Liquid Cream).
  • Enter via one of TikTok or Instagram as follows:
  • On TikTok - upload your post featuring #ad at the beginning of your caption and tagging it with @lorealparisuk;
  • On Instagram - upload your post featuring #ad at the beginning of your caption and tagging it with @lorealparis and #LorealParisGlassSkin [hashtag only applies to Instagram]
  • Entrants must follow @lorealparisuk on TikTok or @lorealparis on Instagram.
  • Posts must not use filters within the content.
  • By uploading a post in accordance with the above entrance criteria, entrants agree to be automatically entered into the competition and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Photos or videos must not feature anyone other than the entrant themselves, otherwise the entry will be disqualified.

Prize Details:

Major prize:
The 2 winners will each win:
  • The opportunity to attend the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot where each of the winners will be filmed applying L'Oréal Paris products and showing the results of application and for the resulting content to potentially appear on the Promoter's social media platforms relating to the Campaign.
  • The prize includes:
  • for a winner resident in England, Scotland or Wales: a return train journey (standard class) from the train station closest to the winner's address in England, Scotland or Wales to the train station closest to the venue of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot (such train ticket will be booked by the Promoter on the winner's behalf) and a return private transfer from the destination train station to the venue of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot (as organised by the Promoter);
  • for any winner resident in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland: a return airfare (economy class) from the airport closest to the winner's address in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland to the airport closest to the venue of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot (such airfare will be booked by the Promoter on the winner's behalf) and a return private transfer from the destination airport to the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot venue (as organised by the Promoter);
  • accommodation in [4 star hotel in a single occupancy double room, on a bed & breakfast basis] for the duration of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot;
  • food will be provided by the Promoter for the duration of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot; and
  • hair and make-up at the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot (winners will be required to wear their own clothes and accessories).
  • Prize excludes spending money, additional meals, drinks, gratuities, excursions and incidental expenses incurred in the general use and enjoyment of the prize other than those expressly stated as included.
  • Prior to the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot, each winner will be required to sign a model release form granting the Promoter the right to use their image and likeness in connection with the Campaign, including in all social media advertising, (see model release form here.

Competition Details

Judging Date: 29th January 2026

Judging Procedure:

Entries will be assessed by a panel of judges (which includes at least one independent judge) based on the following criteria: the quality of the content of the entry, the entry being on-brand for L'Oréal Paris and visual clues including filming and output quality (the "Judging Criteria"). 2 winners will be selected on the Judging Date.


Notification of Winners:
  • Winners will be notified by direct private message via the social media platform on which they entered, by 2 February 2026.
  • If a winner:
  • does not respond to the Promotor within [2 weeks] of being notified of their winning entry to provide the details requested;
  • informs the Promoter at the time of prize notification that they can no longer attend the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot;
  • fails to sign the model release form within 3 working days of being notified of their winning entry and/or
  • is deemed to have breached the these terms as part of the creation of their entry,
  • then, the Promotor reserves the right to withdraw the prize and offer it to the entrant from all eligible entrants to the Competition with the entry which was the next best entry based on meeting the Judging Criteria.

Delivery


Prize Delivery: Please allow at least 30 days from the date a winner supplied the requested details for transport tickets and accommodation details to be delivered.

General Terms and Conditions

Entry and eligibility

1. Entries must be received between the Entry Open Date and the Entry Closing Date.
2. The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be valid. Proof of complying with the How to Enter Requirements will not be accepted as proof of receipt or entry. Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical, connectivity or other problems.
4. Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be valid. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email, social media or other accounts or from the same IP address will not be valid.
5. Any entries which do not comply with the How to Enter Requirements, or which contain any third-party intellectual property without prior informed consent from the rights holder, or which violate or infringe another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy or publicity, or which contain any abusive, inappropriate, offensive or obscene language or imagery will be disqualified. Examples of inappropriate, offensive or obscene content include (but are not limited to):
(a) Swearing;
(b) Comments or actions discriminatory of any person, company or group (e.g., racist, sexist or homophobic remarks);
(c) Comments or actions promoting bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
(d) Sexual innuendo, sexual language or sexual acts, actions or gestures;
(e) Promotion of illegal or unlawful activity such as drug use;
(f) Content that is tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous;
(g) Messages that appear to be advertisements or solicitations to buy;
(h) Materials (written or visual) that directly or indirectly relate to Promoter’s competitor brands or show intent to promote any brand other than Promoter’s brand.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to require entrants and nominees to prove eligibility to enter the Competition and/or to carry out investigations (either itself or through a third party) to verify compliance with Eligibility and How to Enter requirements. If a winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select, based on the Judging Criteria, an alternative winner from all other eligible entrants to receive the prize.

Prize fulfilment and disqualification

1. Prizes are as stated, they are not transferable and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the selected prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
2. A winner forfeits their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner based on the Judging Criteria if:
3. Within \[2 weeks] of being notified by the Promoter, a winner does not respond or does not provide relevant details (if applicable, details for the prize to be despatched to in the eligible country of residence); or
4. If a prize is rejected or returned undeliverable; or
5. If an entry is invalid or an entrant is disqualified or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or winner that in its absolute discretion could bring the Promoter into disrepute.
7. Promoter shall disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award for the Competition took place. Promoter may therefore use the winner's surnames and county of residence to announce them as the winners of the Competition. If you do not wish for your personal information to be used for this purpose or, if you wish to limit the amount of personal information that is published, please contact the Promoter at Gateway Central, White City Place, 187 Wood Lane, London, W12 7SA. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide such information and all winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Conditions of travel
1. The prize includes:

For a winner resident in England, Wales or Scotland: one return train journey (standard class) from the train station closest to the winner's address in England, Wales or Scotland (inclusive of all applicable rail taxes, fees and duties) to the station closest to the venue of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot for one person and a return private transfer (as arranged by the Promoter) from the destination train station to the venue of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot. Train tickets shall be booked by the Promoter at least two weeks before the planned travel date. Train journeys may be indirect and the journey itinerary will be selected by the Promoter at their sole discretion. Once issued, train tickets cannot be re-issued and date or routing changes are not permitted. Train ticket booking terms and conditions for the train journey will apply.
3. For a winner resident in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland: a return airfare (economy class) from the airport closest to the winner's address in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland (inclusive of all applicable air taxes, fees and duties) to the airport closest to the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot venue for one person and a return private transfer (as arranged by the Promoter) from the destination airport to the venue of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot. Flight tickets shall be booked by the Promoter at least two weeks before the planned travel date. The journey itinerary will be selected by the Promoter at their sole discretion. Once issued, the flight tickets cannot be re-issued and date or routing changes are not permitted. Airline ticket booking terms and conditions for the flight will apply.
4. Travel will be from the train station or airport (as applicable) closest to the winner's address in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland to the station closest to the venue of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot, and vice versa only. Travel from the winner's address in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland to the train station or airport (as applicable) closest to the winner's address in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland is excluded.
5. The prize includes accommodation in a \[4-star hotel in a single occupancy double room, on a bed & breakfast basis] for the duration of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot. Food will be provided by the Promoter for the duration of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot. Prize excludes spending money, additional meals, drinks, gratuities, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, telephone calls and incidental expenses incurred whilst on L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot, other than those stated as included.

Conditions of L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot

Winners agree to fully cooperate with all professionals appointed by the Promoter for the purposes of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot (including any professional photographer/director) and to comply with any and all instructions of such professionals as well as of the Promoter. Winners acknowledge that (a) the schedule, agenda and all other elements of the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot will be determined by Promoter and/or professionals appointed by the Promoter in their sole discretion; (b) Winners must be present at the designated place and time of the shoot and be available for the entirety of the shoot; (c) Winners may be required, at the discretion of the promoter and/or professionals appointed by the Promoter, to alter their attire and/or appearance so as to meet the creative requirements of the shoot; (d) Winners must not impede, interrupt or otherwise interfere with the professionals in performing their duties in conjunction with the shoot, with the understanding that winners will not have and waive any right of review, approval or creative input as to the results of the shoot; (e) Winners' participation in the shoot in no way makes them an employee of Promote or any professionals appointed by Promoter; and (g) Winners agree not to record or stream the shoot unless expressly permitted to do so via signed writing by an authorized representative Promoter.


Promotional Activity relating to the Competition
In entering the Competition, all entrants and winners agree to participate in any promotional activity relating to the Competition, including the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot, which may include entry content, voice, image and name for publicity purposes (in any media, print or online, including any websites, social media sites or third party retailer websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material (whether or not related to the Competition) free of charge without additional compensation or prior notice. Promoter may modify any entry content or content created during the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot to fit in context with the relevant usage, whilst maintaining its original sentiment.


Personal Information
1. All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
2. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promotor (including name, address, email, social media profile, or other data) will be kept secure and only used in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that their information may be used by the Promotor and its suppliers to administer the Competition. The Promotor may contact entrants by email, post, phone, SMS or other means in relation to the Competition, but will not send entrants any marketing communication unless entrants have also agreed to this or the Promoter has another lawful basis for the communication.

Use of Entry Content and Content from L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot
1. By entering the Competition, an entrant:
2. Confirms they have the right to make available their content as required by the Competition How to Enter Requirements, including the express consent of anyone else who features in their entry for the Promoter to use their personal data; and
3. Confirms their entry does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Promoter shall own all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the entries and any other materials (whether visual, oral, or written) generated during the various stages of the Competition, including during the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot, in perpetuity and on a worldwide basis for use at Promoter's sole discretion including, without limitation, use in advertising, other media, press releases, editorial and promotional activity, point of sale material, Promoter's websites, third-party websites (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube), newsletters, and e-newsletters. Accordingly, entrants assign to Promoter any copyright and other intellectual property rights which exist in their participation in the Competition, including the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot, and irrevocably waive any moral rights that could vest in them (which shall include their name, location, and age) under the Copyrights, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or otherwise, and undertake to do all things necessary immediately on Promoter’s request to effect or confirm any assignment in this paragraph.

Limitation of Liability
Neither the Promoter nor agencies nor suppliers involved in the Competition may be liable to the winners, whether arising from tort including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered whatsoever as a result of or relating to participation in the Competition including the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot unless you suffer personal injury or death as a result of the Promoter's negligence. No compensation for loss of earnings will be paid by the Promoter for participation in any aspect of the Competition including the L'Oréal Paris Campaign Shoot.


General Terms
1. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend or waive any of these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or cancel the Competition at any stage, in the event of circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond its reasonable control (including suspected or actual fraudulent or misleading practices or other breaches of these Terms and Conditions).
3. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
