Sad to see the original has gone

I have used this product for years and loved it. The secret is to apply the colour and wait a couple of minutes before applying the balm. It then lasts for many hours. I was so upset to see that L'oreal have replaced / changed it to new packaging and I cannot see the colour 213 Toujours teaberry in the new range. Please can someone tell me if it is still available to buy from UK as Boots and Amazon no longer stock it. Thanks

Peels after an hour and leaves lips so dry

I bought this from Boots in Balham and wore this yesterday and within an hour the colour started peeling off leaving a very patchy colour. The lipstick completely dries out the lips and you can’t reapply it because of all the peeling and flakes. Do not recommend. Regret purchasing this.

Dreadful product

I brought this to replace my normal lipstick which is discontinued. It’s absolutely awful. Within a few minutes it felt grainy and sandlike. I had to remove it and won’t be using it again so a total waste of money. In my opinion don’t buy it

Incredible staying power. Not at all drying in texture or appearance and the balm gives a nice satin sheen. Far exceeds the performance of Chanel or Dior equivalents. I wore it all day through two meals and several drinks. Only set back is that it is difficult to remove but I’ll take that!!

I have been using the beautiful colour 110 for about 16 years and have been thrilled with it. Perfect colour, lasts all day, no smudges or traces left on cups or glasses. But sadly, several shades have been discontinued, including my favourite 110. Have tried some of the other shades and even other brands, but nothing suitable

I brought two of these not too long ago and used them, it goes clumpy very quickly, comes off your lips and doesn’t stay in place, leaves your lips looking patchy and once you apply the balm it makes it even more patchy, if you don’t apply the balm it’s very sticky. I don’t recommend

I have purchased every long lasting lippy available and they may last but they don’t look as good as when they were applied! BUT this one really does it actually really does, it looks lush when applied and at the end of the day it hadn’t gone bitty, it was all still there and I had the paler shades which never worked in other brands (maybeline)I am so pleased. I can not recommend this lippy enough, this is a winner, no more nasty embarrassing lippy!!!! Thank you L’Oréal x

As far as lip stains go these are pretty good. Although the colours have 3 stages it seems.. the colour on the tin, the colour with first application and then the colour it fades quickly into. So unfortunately choosing the right colour isn’t easy but once you find the one that suits it really is longwear and can easily be filled in as long as your lips are dry enough when reapplying if needed.

I think perhaps the application process is key. One thin layer then leave to dry a few mins before applying the balm. Rated 5 out of 5 by 1968Tinkerbelk from Love everything about this duo! I love the colour/love the boosting balm and the shimmer on this lipstick. Having bought another branded duo for years I bought this along with another 2 to try out. This is my favourite of all 3 and lasts all day without drying my lips out! You need to wait till it dries and although it appears a bit tacky once it's dry then the balm goes on I don't need to think about again all day. If I was going out after work I just pop some gloss on top to vamp it up a bit.

After using it for 2 days alone, my lips are extremely dry and are starting to crack, even with applying the balm attached to the gloss.

Rated 4 out of 5 by becsme from Temperamentally long lasting I bought this product in two shades - a neutral brown with a pink undertone (113 Invincible Sable) and a bright pink (213 Toujours Teaberry). I can't fault it's long wear - it's really difficult to get this off and it does't feel like anything is on my lips once it's dried down (it's a bit sticky when it is drying down though). I've brushed my teeth and eaten after applying this though and it's not budged. I don't have to think about reapplication for a good 8 hours. However, I find that the brown shade 113 is a much better formula. It goes on and stays on so much better than the pink. The pink shade (213), when I add the 2nd lip balm end the lipstick it pills very strangely. I get this sort of gritty feeling on my lips? Which isn't very pleasant at all. So I've been avoiding using that one which I'm disappointed about. I actually find that this lipstick lasts much longer if I put my own lip balm over the top once it's dried down - I've been using Palmer's Coconut Oil lip balm. Something like Carmex makes the product run over the edges of my lips though - gross. I've heard much better things about the L'Oreal Pro-Matte Liquid Lipstick which hasn't launched in the UK yet as far as I know and I was disappointed this didn't seem to perform the same. So I'd say for the neutral shades this is definitely worth a buy - but for the bright shades probably not.

I tried a lot of different makes but this was the best. The glitter in the colour I picked meant that it didn't look too dry and the colour choices are more natural than some all day lip sticks. A great product!

I put it on in the morning, eat and drink multiple times throughout the day and it's still in place at the end of the day. Can't recommend it enough. Just wish there were more colours!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by SARZ28 from Best lipstick ever Recently I have found my self to be a lipstick fan so when I was recommended this i was sceptical..... well I'm so glad I tried this, this goes on at 5am by the time I'm on my 4th coffee of the day it's still there! If I want to touch it up I add the balm which gives it a glossy feel, I found to press my lips together to dry it quicker but definitely try this!

There were 2 Boots outlets selling this shade in Cornwall which means a 40/50 mile round trip. Therefore I have to order on line. I'd like to be able to buy in the shop!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Excellent! This is by far the best matte liquid lipstick that I have tried. The formula goes on smoothly and dries to a beautiful matte colour. (invincible sable is a lovely nude brown) I only use the colour lipstick and not the clear balm as I found this made it sticky. I will definitely be purchasing more colours!

As long as you produce this lipstick I will use it! Well done for such a lovely product. I shall recommend it to all my friends and hope they like it as much as I do. Hope this gives others encouragement to try it out for themselves.

I don't use any other makes of lipstick as I don't want to keep renewing it during the day and I don't have too with these lipsticks.
