Colour Protect Shampoo

L'Oréal Colour Protect Shampoo lathers well and my hair felt clean after. I used the conditioner too and my hair looked glossy after drying. I had dyed my hair the week before and the shampoo and conditioner seem to colour protect. I’ve only used it a few times so can't really say if it leaves intense colour upto 40 washes. I don't think it's as moisturising as some of their other shampoos.

I’m really impressed from the quality of this shampoo. It smells amazing & a small amount makes so much foam. It helps me to look my hair shinny, silky & smooth and most importantly I observed it help coloured hair lasting long than usual

This has been my go to product since I first reviewed it a few years ago. I've found that with this shampoo a little goes a long way. It leaves my hair feeling clean, shiny, it does protect my colour, and leaves my hair feeling very soft. It also rinses out easily, and doesn't leave me with an itchy scalp.

This is a great product which left my hair very smooth and silky. After use there was no heavy residue, which you can get with other brands. I can highly recommend this product if you want your hair to look its best.

Gorgeous smelling halr and longer lasting colour

I started using this shampoo (and matching conditioner) straight after colouring my hair and used for over a month.
Only a small amount is needed to create a rich nourishing lather that leaves gair feeling soft and clean. I love the scent of the shampoo too, and others also compliment me on how good my hair smelt. I did notice that my hair colour (a deep red) looked more vibrant for longer and my hair looked healthy and glossy. I will continue to use this range.

I found this product to be a bit too harsh for my sensitive scalp. It did make my hair feel nice but my scalp got greasier a bit quicker than it does with my usual shampoo. For others, I think it would be ok, hence the three star review.

Love this shampoo

Love this shampoo. I thought I’d test it a couple of days after having my hair coloured and see how it lasted. It’s now a month later and I’m happy to say it has lasted very well! I don’t do anything else really to my hair to keep colour so I’m putting it down to this!

Unfortunately this product did not suit my hair type at all. I gave it to a friend to try out however and they absolutely loved it. Said that it left her hair feeling really light, nourished and healthy.

This shampoo is great. It smells lovely and it leaves my hair feeling soft and shiny. I colour my hair and I find that after a few weeks my hair colour doesn't look as vibrant but with this shampoo and the matching conditioner my hair colour comtinued to look vibrant and fresh.

Firstly, it smelled so good. L’Oréal shampoo always smells fab! The shampoo worked really nicely, it cleansed the hair and scalp properly without stripping it of all goodness. Certainly didn’t seem to be losing any colour while using so it’s a win

The L'Oréal Paris Elvive Colour Protect Shampoo comes in an attractive red bottle with a lovely design and works very well on my coloured hair. It protects the colour so the dye lasts longer while still giving the benefits of a great shampoo. It washes and hydrates the hair and has a lovely scent.

Protects colour and leaves hair shining and soft. I have noticed after a few washes that my coloured hair isn’t fading as it would with a standard shampoo. It also has left my hair feeling very very soft and smooth which is of course a positive.

This is the best colour shampoo I've ever used. I regularly colour my hair but since using this the colour has lasted so much longer. My hair is so glossy, shinier and looks healthy. It definitely protects your hair against the sun too. Highly recommended.

This shampoo looked like something I needed in my life. Colouring my hair regularly, my hair fades as some shampoos strip out the colour. This hadn’t so far! I’ve used it now at least 6 times and there’s no colour loss. My hair feels soft and healthy. Brilliant shampoo for coloured hair

Love this so much. I have blonde hair naturally but get highlights so it can get a bit dry and dull. I used this with the conditioner and my hair smells lovely, feels soft and looks silky smooth. It doesn't take much product to work up a good lather. I highly recommend it.

Gentle cleansing and nourishment for coloured hair

With greys increasing, I have started needing to colour my hair every 2 to 3 weeks, And I find this shampoo (Along with the conditioner ) really cleansing and nourishing, both very good products for keeping my hair from feeling dry or course from the hair dye.
My son also commented that my hair smelled lovely having used it.

My hair looks noticeably shinier and my colour stays looking vibrant and fresh. It also has a lovely scent that lasts after washing, which is a big bonus!
