I was so excited to learn about the cool brunette range by L'Oréal. My hair has always leaned on the warmer side but I know cool tones suit me. I don’t often dye my hair at home but thought I would give it a bit of a freshen up. This was easy to use with clear instructions. I wasn’t too keen on the fragrance, however this didn’t linger and my hair was left looking shiny and feeling soft and manageable. I really liked the colour, it gave my hair a hint of warmth. I’ll definitely buy this colour again as it gives great, natural looking coverage of grey roots and is gentle on the scalp. It did colour my skin a little on my hairline but that usually fades quickly so I’m not concerned about it. I suffer from a sensitive scalp but this colour left it feeling supple and not at all tight. Would definitely recommend.

I used this to dye my mums hair. It was so easy to follow the instructions. It was also really easy to apply the dye to the hair. The smell was really nice compared to some other dyes I have used before. The colour was really nice and looked really rich. It also left my hair feeling really nice and soft.

This hair colour left a lovely deep shine and went on evenly. The texture is perfect meaning it does not drip and coats each strand. It managed to cover my greys which some semi permanents struggle to do. The colour is a lovely deep brown that shimmers. Left my hair in great condition.

I am really pleased with the way my hair has turned out after applying this hair dye. It looks beautiful and glossy & I love the richness of the shiny chestnut brown tone. It was super easy to apply & had a pleasant smell to it as well which was a nice added bonus. I love the addition of the coconut conditioner which left my hair feeling as great as it looked having just applied the product. I am now almost a week in after applying this hair dye & I am very satisfied with the condition of my hair- it feels super soft & also it's appearance which looks as good as day 1!

I love my new hair colour. L’Oreal Casting Creme Gloss Cool Chestnut is really beautiful. My natural hair colour is dark brown with few greys. I dye my hair monthly because the greys are very visible and make me look older. I usually choose lighter hair colours but I also love L’Oreal’s Cool Brunette Collection. These dark colours absolutely do not fade after washing tanks to the added conditioner, which is enriched with coconut oil. My hair always has a nice smell and shiny, healthy look.
