Very unhappy.

I have been using this brand for several years and was really happy with using red berry and had lots of compliments on the colour and shine. Then thou have stopped doing red berry and so so say improved the product but as another review says it irate the scalp and the colour mahogany which I have been using since is nothing like the colour on the box. Very very disappointed and looking for another product now.

Not as glossy as I had hoped and definitely MUCH darker than expected. I think (hope) it will look less harsh after a few washes. Time will tell. The grey coverage is pretty good. Not perfect but acceptable.

This is a lovely colour but on my hair looks like a dark brown with grey highlights - I've started with dark blonde. I'm pleasantly surprised but somebody might be not.
